Is it possible, the ZoHo CRM to QB solution can create Purchase Orders in Quickbooks? I have a ZoHo Creator Application where we input Purchase Orders Our Zoho CRM instance has this ZoHo Creator/Form/App imported directly into CRM for replication. So we're not using the PO tables in CRM, but rather our own custom fields from imported Creator application. why can i not add a contact to a task on an account?
this has worked as normal up until today. now when I create a task on an account and click to assign the contact it wont allow me to type the name nor search?
Duplicate Lead Created Upon Save
I am new to Zoho and I am simply entering leads one by one. After I enter the fields and click SAVE on the top right I see a column that says "All Open Leads" and there is a duplicate for the lead I just created! I can click the down arrow and delete the second lead but can you tell me why is the duplicate being created? Thank you! SBP

I need to change the sort order of a view. Specifically, we have create a view called 'To Do' based on due date. Anything due today or past due shows on this list. however, I need to be able to sort the view based on the due date. We also put this on the homepage dashboard. Hidden "Lead Source" field not being added through web form
I created my first web form and there is a hidden field for "lead source". I set the default but that doesnt stick after I save it. If I type in the lead source that does not stay either. any suggestions?
Why i won't use Zoho CRM
Hi i starterd testing Zoho naturally i tried to import my data and here comes the problems Zoho consider that csv means always a comma ( , ) but it's just not true here in europe where csv means ( ; ) Thus you cannot import your data then i tried zoho forums about data import issues and i saw that 90% of issues post are just unanswered. Email link on lead pages doesn't work
I have just set up my email in Zoho CRM and can send emails by going to the leads, list view and clicking on the box to the left then clicking on the send mail link. I have tested it and that works fine, but when I open a lead into the page view click on it nothing happens. I am using chrome and have OKed Zoho for popups, I am using professional version on a trial basis.
Create Calendar entries from custom fields
We are an event organisation. Our sales order form has Start and End Date columns, when we create a new Sales Order we wish to add this to a calendar. Creating a task will not work as this only has one date.

Formatting issues in inventory templates
I am extremley frustrasted with the lack of helpful information in formatting templates. I am reworking a quote template and all is well with account and contact information but when I get to the product level it is not coming out the way it needs to. Reactivated User can't Access Account
Hi, we have been having an issue with the reactivation of a User on our account, the user recieved a notification of the reactivation of the account but when trying to log in to the platform Zoho denies the access and pops a message saying the account is deactivated even when the super administrator already reactivated the account. Cannot Reactivate User
Cannot reactivate user, the person created a CRM account with its own database instead of just connecting to an existing. email address is Rigordon@jpsco.com. I am trying to connect him to JPS database created by my account but keep getting an error that the email address is already taken even though they have deleted their account.
Ability to create open activity view based on data field in Account
Our users deal with several different industries or type of accounts (banks, grocery stores etc). They want to make calls or follow-up on open activities for an account type. Today they want to only call or follow-up on tasks associated with banks. How can I create a view where I use data fields from account, such as account type as the filter. mapping a custom field from lead to contact
We have a custom field with pick list set up under LEADS with about 20 values. We have the same custom field for CONTACTS and I want the fields to all map over without having to reenter data. Do I have to enter all those pick list values under CONTACTS or is there a shortcut to let them map over upon conversion of a lead to a contact?

Change Due Date field name in tasks
Would like to see the due date field name changed to just 'Date'. Our sales team uses tasks to record face to face meetings, presentations, etc and they often enter them after the fact. The field name due date has confused many because Due Date speaks of a future task, not a past task. Since we are unable to rename this field, can Zoho drop the word 'due' from the field name. While it appears to be minor, this would be a huge help.

Why the limit of 50 records for views per page for Leads, Contacts and Accounts?

Zoho CRm Plugin for Outlook 2011 MAC
I am using Zoho CRM plugin for Outlook 2011 for MAC V1.1.0 and Outlook:max 2011 Version 14.3.8 (130913) with Update 14.4.7 I can sign the plugin into my account with username and password. But when I want to selcted in the settings a folder or try to sync any iteam. I am getting an error message "Applescript returned an error" and that was it. Two Questions: When using Google Adwords for leads, is there a default field available to add to the 'Leads' module to show what keyword(s) the lead was generated from? If not, how do I create a custom field for this? We used to have a field labeled "Description" that did this correctly, but for whatever reason it stopped working. Mail cannot be sent as the email address does not exist This error message has started appearing since Oct 2 on valid email addresses in existing customer contacts that have been emailed from Zoho CRM weekly for over a year. Each week Zoho reports this error with more email addresses. These email addresses can be successfully emailed from other email providers. What's up with Zoho CRM? How does Zoho determine this? Importing Events - date format not recognised
Hi, I am trying to import nearly 600 events in to this module using 'Import from another CRM', but I keep getting an error saying it has skipped importing due to an error with the start and end date format I have used. Delete New Call button?
Is there anyway I can delete the "New Call" and "New Event" button to log an activity? I don't want to confuse my reps with 3 buttons and have multiple activities. I really just want to capture call/visit activity but "New Call" doesn't give me the "date field" to report on... Thoughts?
