Selecting leads in CRM by if opened in campaign
Is it possible to select leads (or contacts) within CRM that have been synced to Campaigns and that were opened in an email campaign? I want to prioritize these leads for a warm call while working within CRM.

Cant delete contacts, or potential business... ?? its like the delete button is disable
Multiple seleccion list without default is selecting ALL values
Hi I created a multiple selection field on my Leads module, and I did not choose a Default value because we dont always need it. But when we create new Leads, ALL of the values get selected automatically, even if we don´t "fill" that field, we still get ALL of the options automaticaly for all of our leads. How can we avoid this???? it should be off automatically
Zoho Mail Add-on Configuration
Configuration instructions say: Click Setup > Personal Settings > Email Settings > POP3 (Zoho Mail). However, when I click on personal settings, I do not see an option for email settings. Can you do a screen shot to show me how to find it? Many thanks, SSB
New Project from CRM
When creating a new project from the Opportunity of the CRM module there is not an option to add the project to the Projects predefined Project Group in Projects. This feature is available when creating a new project in projects. The lack of this feature put the newly created project from CRM into the Ungrouped projects category. It is then necessary to go to projects and edit the project and assign it to the correct group. Otherwise the project is created in projects and then associated to the opportunity.

Picking Domain from Contact Email
Hi, I would like to ask how it can be done to automatically to read from Email (e.g. 123@abc.com) the domain (in this case "abc.com") and place in a new field. I believe a new custom field using a formula (prop. using Substring is the best, but I have not a fix number when it should start/end reading as you could have 123@abcdefg.org or different). Wondering if you could add the possibility to use the first name only or a nickname on the mentions in the notes? Having to search for formal name but even more displaying full names in comments doesn't work that well from a reading view.
Sync with Microsoft Exchange and Outlook for Mac
I have a Mac and email through outlook 2011 running on the exchange 365 platform. I also have an iPhone and iPad. Is there a way to set it up so everything would sync together. Can you sync through exchange since the only add-on is for outlook for a PC? I just want to be able to add a contact on my iPhone and it syncs to outlook and Zoho. And I want to be able to send all my emails through outlook, etc. Let me know. Thanks!

Hello All... Is there any way to sync items from my mac > outlook > 'exchange local folders' > event / task / contact items? From what I can tell when you use the mac plugin to sync items (and config the plugin's settings) these actions are only valid and then only sync the outlook > 'my computer' folder ?? This is a shame and I have to say makes the plugin a little pointless (other than the posting emails into the CRM feature) as outlook is a 'server client' and the main benefit to business

I have some questions related to Gmail and Zoho CRM. ADDING CONTACTS TO CRM VIA THE GMAIL MESSAGE In gmail, I can see the "search zoho crm" at the end of the email. When I select "go" it finds the contact in the CRM. If that contact is not currently in the CRM, I have the option to add that contact. Issue: There is no Lookup option for the Account Name. I would like to be able to search the CRM accounts (as I am able to do normally in the CRM) and select the appropriate account for that contact,

Unit Price vs List Price and their rolls in creating PO's
We are a distributor for many different manufactures and I am trying to figure out how to tailor the system to our company. Can I omit the need to put the list price on a PO? I figured the unit price would reflect the price on the PO and the list price would be the customers cost.

Quick Question: In the price books tab, I have set up a few price books, each price book has a few products included in each. When I view a price book, it only shows unit price (column/list view). I have looked but cant seem to find the answer. How do you show list price and unit price for each price book in the list view. I have looked and there is no selection for this? Thanks
RingCentral integration with CRM
Very happy to see that you finally have (Beta) support for RingCentral and got signed up for it today. One BIG problem is the RC (RingCentral) logs out in every few minutes leaving one to keep loging on to RC within the CRM interface. You need to extend the logon life of RC within the Zoho CRM otherwise it is simply useless. Rick
Territory Management, Assign Territories, "Mailing country" not available to create rule?
Hi, I am trying to get territories (based on countries) to be set automatically when I convert my leads to contacts. In the lead and contact I have the field "Mailing country" but to create rules I only have "Billing Country" and "Shipping Country" avaliable which is probably why my assignment doesn't work. How come I can't set territory based on "Mailing country" ?, Any workarounds
Activities - Sort by Time
Is there any way activities can be listed not only by date but also by the time of day (or reminder I guess). Although I know yes there are reminders that pop up in sequence I just think having the activities listed chronologically by time really helps in the planning of my days. Its also confusing when what you are looking as a call list doesn't reflect your sequence of activities in the day.

Cannot delete a contact
I have been de-duplicating some contacts as I'm importing from many different files. I keep getting notice every time I check the contact and use the "delete" button on my contact view screen. So I checked the box on the notice thinking it would stop showing when I tried to delete the next contact but instread it has now prevented me from deleting and contacts. It's like the delete button on my contact view has now been disabled. Anyone come across this? So do I somehow need to switch the notice

I have problems sharing with other roles even on the same Peer level with Share Data with Peers on. Outlook Plug in Security Architecture
Our user base has requested the Outlook Plugin for CRM. I am trying to determine how the plug-in communicates from the client install to the Zoho servers so that I ensure that it is being done securely. Nothing sync between Zoho invoice and crm
Firstly some of my contacts on the invoicing app transfered on to crm but not all of them. I decided to delete all the contacts on CRM and re sync between the two apps didnt work. Item section has same problem.
Outlook Contact Sync - Only Syncs Records Edited in Last 3 Months

Account View -Standard User cannot access or view accounts
I have an issue where a Standard User cannot see all Accounts- only ones which have bee created by them or assigned to them. How do I get them to be able to see all accounts?
