Custom dates in reports
Hi Is there a way to show custom date formats in reports? We can currently only view in dd/mm/yyyy but would like to view as dd-MMM-yy to make the closing date stand out more. Many thanks Guy

I hv "Account" and "Vendor" which both are looking up contact information (e.g Contact Name / Email address... etc) from "Contact", and it's necessary for us to have both "Account" (buyer) and "Vendor" (sell) on a same module. Autopopulate Contact Fields
We would like to have a Contacts information auto populate into a custom field called EndUserContact on the cases page so its easier for our support staff to see all the information without clicking over to another page. Does anyone know how I add a team member who has already been invited, but didn't respond in time and now the invite has expired? I have deleted them and tried to add again, but now it says that the email address of that person already exists. Any help most appreciated!

I am creating a web to lead form using the Zoho CRM form builder. Would like to add a function so that the form information is also send out to an email address. Any advice for doing that? I can add the code just not sure what it would look like. What do I add and where?

Import Export problem
I imported about 200 leads. When I run a report and/or run a View using the "Lead Source = Conference ACVC" the report only returns 10 leads. I have checked the lead source field and the all contain the proper source, spelled correctly, etc. No other criteria is being used. If I change the criteria to the date I imported the leads I get all the leads with the Lead Source field that contains "Conference ACVC", very strange. Any idea why my results are not correct when using the lead source field?

Custom Function to update "stage" in Potentials when an invoice is created
Hi there, I am a newly fully paid enterprise CRM member and trying to get my head round the custom functions at the moment. Instead of making our staff change the "stage" in potentials I want to automate it.. so when an invoice is created it marks the potential as "Closed Won". This can't be done with workflows, but can anyone help with how to do this with custom functions? Thanks in advance! Andre

Blending Order and Call History
Hi - I own a flower shop and place 'reminder calls' to people on the anniversary on previous purchases to get them to buy for mothers day or valentines day.... or whatever. Cannot attach files to CRM notes
Hello! Our users cannot attach files by clicking the paperclip icon in notes. Sometimes after clicking it many times, it works. But usually not. Reloading the page does not help either. The problem is happening in Chrome, and Opera browser. In Windows and Mac. It's been happening for many weeks or longer. Attachments are crucial (for estimates, brochures,etc.) so we have stopped using Zoho products until we can migrate or resolve the issue. thank you
Can you sort Territories?
We recently enabled the territory function as it works well with our organization. Each Sales Engineer has a three-digit territory number, that reports into one of three geographic sales regions. We just added a new Sales Engineer whose territory number falls between two others. When I added his Zoho territory, it was placed at the bottom of the list. The regional sales manager will want to see these in order, and there doesn't appear to be a way to sort these. Is this true or am I missing something?
Industry list not working when using web forms creator in Zoho
When we create the Zoho industry picklist we add the values we need, but when the same list appears in a web form generated through Zoho its completely different. Is there a way we can get the Industry list we have in actual system into our web form? I've added screenshots of my form fields on the web that was generated from the Zoho form creator. I have a couple of issues with a web form. The first is that I've changed the form background to blue. The preview mode looks fine, but when the form source code is embedded on a website, white spacing between rows shows up. The second is that I'd like to change the color of the "submit" button, and have white text on the button. Is that possible?

Is it, will it be possible to edit Contact photo with CRM Mobile and see large Photo in Contact view. Currently photo is only show in list, to small, and isn't editable. Our workaround is Zoho Leads App for capturing new people, cool enough! But created and affirmed leads will be contacts, to be checked mobile with CRM App. Also replacing photo, if needed. Changing the name of a custom module name in custom functions
Hello. I am not able to change the name of a custom module using a custom function. For example, I have a custom module called "eQuotes". I'd like to change "eQuote Name" using the UpdateRecord function but am not able to. I am able to change any other custom field, but no the name. Change FROM field in Email Template
In ZohoCRM under Setup -> Templates -> and when I'm editing one of my Templates, I want to change the *From field to be a generic email address, not associated with one of our Zoho user accounts. Is this something that can be done? Or do I have to pay for an additional user (that'll be a dummy user) and then assign them as the From sender? I tried adding a secondary email and verifying it for my account, but the *From field still doesn't allow me to choose my secondary email. I don't want this email

What is the reasoning behind the 100 record limit for mass update? 100 records is nothing; any sort of mass update takes many unnecessary passes of this tedious exercise. As a follow-up question, can we up this to either no limit or at least 1000?
More Column and Row Options for Matrix Reports

I'm using the trial version of Projects and CRM. My goal is to test the Google Calendar sync. The Zoho support for CRM says to go to CRM app, then Setup/Add-ons/Google Apps Calendar.
