Locking Data Once Entered
We are having some tracking issues in our office. Due to a bonus program that one of our departments has, we have noticed they are claiming clients that we already had that came back through their department. We are trying to see if there is a way to lock data once it has been entered. We want everyone to be able to make the initial entry but then not be able to modify it. Here is an example of our custom form and what we are wanting.

Send Email without Attachment
Recently we have encounter problem with the "SEND EMAIL" function when sending PO / Sales Order. almost half the mail we send from the "SEND MAIL" function is WITHOUT attachment and it would be a real problem if it keeps on happening. Can you please look into the issue. Thank you.

Can I link a Creator record to a specific CRM Contact?
New to Zoho and really like it. So far it is fitting my needs but I am wondering if it is possible to link a specific Creator record (or completed form, not sure of the proper termonology) to a CRM account? For instance if I fill out a Creator form and one of my fields is "Account" from which I have a link to select from my CRM Accounts is there a way to then go into CRM and see that record from Creator?
How to automate a series of emails to be sent to a lead, one every few days?
I'm interested in automating a series of emails to be sent every 4 or 5 days after the creation of the lead. Is there any way to do that without manual intervention? Here's the situation -- when we get a new lead, we send an email requesting some information. If we don't hear back from the lead, then we want to send a second email 4 days later. If we DO hear back from the lead, we do NOT want to send the 2nd email. Is there a way for me to set this up?
Can I delete all the Notes associated with all the companies on Zoho?
Hi there, When we transferred over from our previous CRM system, we added all of our previous emails associated with that CRM to the Notes section on Contacts and Companies. However, we would now like to remove all of the notes from Companies and leave them linked to the individual contacts only. Is there a quick way of doing this?

In a potential you can currently add several products. Is there a way to link the expected volume and revenue per product? This feature is supposed to look like the line items per product in the quote. Thanks! Geert

Quickest way to show contacts at a company?
Hi, This might sound a bit basic, but when typing in a company name in to the search bar in Zoho CRM, it only brings up a few of the contacts for each company - not all of them. You then have to either go in to the Companies Module and select the company and then look up the contacts or run a report - both of which are much more time consuming than simply being shown all of the contacts in the first place when searching. Have you got any idea how to make this work more more efficiently or am I doing

old zoho email linked to my new zoho crm please help !
Hi there, I have just changed jobs but am using the same laptop. My old job used zoho email but not a zoho crm. As part of my new job I am setting up a zoho crm. However my old email address is linked to the new zoho crm that I have set up. I tried to go in to the Accounts section to change it to my gmail address but it wont let me. It keeps saying invalid current password. I went to my gmail and changed the password and tried again but it keeps saying invalid current password. Please help ! :)
Create enterprise with same address when importing a contact?
Hi, when I import a contact it automatically creates a new enterprise if it doesn't already exist. So far so good. Why is it that the enterprise is created without address info, while this info is available in the newly created contact? Thanks

Hi When we enter a new product and then add the description for this product, the description will then come out twice under the product code on an invoice, we then proceed to take the description off the product, which then is all ok, except when we then used that product for a quote - theres no description?

Restricting who can add Product to Account
Hi guys - Can you advise whether I can restrict which users are allowed to add Products to Accounts? I can't find it in the Profile settings. I can restrict permissions on the individual modules but not on the connections between them? We are a member association so knowing who subscribes to what is really important for us. We need the information to be trusted so would prefer to restrict who is able to add a subscription (Product) to an account. Thanks, Linda
Potential Activity/Notes showing up on Contact
Hi there, how do I make sure that all activity created for the potentials do show up on the associated contact & vice-versa? Same question for Notes? At the moment, one has to look at both records (Contact & Potentials) to see the full picture of all activity/notes for it. Many thanks1

Mapping Fields
In my leads fields I have "Lead Source". When converting my lead into a contact I'm trying to get the lead source information to be transferred to the account, contact or job upon conversion. I have this set up with multiple fields and they all work. However, the Lead Source pick list has different values in Leads & Contacts in the list of fields. Internet Explorer Print Preview
Whenever I print preview an invoice on Internet Explorer 11 or later, I get the Preview text on the top of the page. I don't have my headers or footers enabled. When I do the same thing on Chrome, Chrome works beautifully. Is there a known problem with Internet Explorer and Zoho Print Preview? Anyone else have a solution to resolve other than use Chrome?
IP Addresses Restrictions
Is any one else have problems connecting to unlisted IP Addresses? Meaning, when you are traveling and don't know what IP Address you'll be using, you can't get into Zoho. and yes, I've turned in a ticket to Zoho. and yes, they keep telling me to do things and send pictures of my screens. and no, I don't have an option under Setup/Users and Permissions and no, I don't have an option under My Account/Securities - only to add IP Addresses

How to distinguish paid vs. unpaid invoices?
Hello, I am having trouble with marking invoices as paid. I know I can create a custom field with a picklist of Paid and Unpaid but that seems elementary when working with invoices in excess of tens of thousands of dollars. We frequently take partial payments from customers too. So determining how much is owed on an invoice is important as well. This is important for reconciling accounts receivable. I thought about using the "Adjustment" category but unfortunately that is already being used
CRM Leads to Multiple Map Locations
May be useful to incorporate a Multiple Route Planner for scheduling and planning multiple sales visits onto a map in the CRM. Leads can then be selected into various routes planned for various days for future sales calls.
