We went through the trial period, did not decided to go for it, and after reverting to previous plan we have found out that some of our modules don't exist any more. Calculate totals in a loop
Hi, I am looping through related records and trying to calculate a total for a certain field. I copied the example from https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/automation/custom-functions-programming.html which is basically as below: total = 0.0 ; for each rec in resp { total = (total + (rec.get("Amount")).toDecimal()) ; } When I run this on my CRM I get the following error: "Error evaluating NUMERIC expression :". That is all I get and I know it occurs on that line. My "Amount" field is type Currency.

Insufficient Privileges error on using Open in new tab and reports - No access changes made
This just started happening yesterday - there are functions that are giving us a Insufficient Privileges error. 1.) Open via right click open in new tab - will no longer open the contact record it throws an error message. 2.) Export of reports = same screen - Insufficient Privileges. No changes have been made to settings - Chrome is up to date and cleared cache this is still an issue. Any suggestions? Leah Edwards

how can i set up the crm to share records within the groups only? ie. users in group 1 can only see records in group 1? Help! "From" format on emails
I noticed that the "from" line on emails no longer is just the name@website.com... Why is it now read "on behalf of"??? it's also very,very long... It gives the appearance of SPAM in my opinion. Deleting Prices from Price Books
We have a lot of inactive and now obsolete products that are cluttering up our extensive price book. When i try and delete these is saying that they are: Sorry you cannot delete the product As the product is involved in the inventory modules ( Quotes/Sales Order/Purchase Order/Invoice), it cannot be deleted. Surely there is a way to get rid of these.
Why is one user missing fields in the contacts module?
Hi, One of our users isn't able to see certain fields in the contacts module. For example, we have a field called Phone where users need to be able to enter phone numbers and this user is missing that field completely. There are about four other fields that he also cannot see on his screen. Please help as this user will be adding contacts and therefore needs to be able to enter these important details! Thanks.

Hi, I am the owner of the Zoho Business account 'Omoto'. We have our mail hosted on Zoho and I have just configured the CRM. Unfortunately, my co-founder Kushal (kushal@omoto.io) also created another CRM account. Now when I sent Kushal an invite to join Omoto CRM, he gets an email saying he is already registered for CRM. Custom Functions in Tasks
When choosing "completed" for the task's status, i want to automatically ask the user if they want to follow up within a certain number of days. If they say no follow up, then nothing happens. Aggregate Sales Orders into Invoices
Hi, at my company we have the following process which I'm trying to implement with Zoho CRM. We sell a service and I customised the Sales Order module to keep track of each service sold. As some of our customers are recurrent customers we invoice them every month/every quarter instead of invoicing them after each sale. When I create an invoice in Invoice module of CRM it doesn't seems like I'm able to associate more than one Sales Order. Is there any way to aggregate more sales orders into one invoice?

Problem while importing contacts through excel file
Hi Iam trying to import contacts through excel file. But once the file is imported, it only shows the option of choosing "table 1: Col 1" in all fields and hence i end up creating leads which just show names and not the other data. The data bank is 20000 and manual entry will take a lot of time!
Date format problem when using Zapier Email Parser
I am using the Zapier Email Parser to parse a date (and other information) out of an email. I then use Zapier.com to transfer that information to a new Lead in Zoho CRM. As I am in Australia, the email has the date in the Australian format: DD/MM/YYYY. If the date in the email is 03/08/2015 (3 August 2015), Zapier shows me that the output to Zoho CRM is 03/08/2015. Invoices printing out all text in the same size font
So we have customized our invoices to our needs, which required certain information to be in a larger font. This shows up on the print preview but when actually printed out all fonts print out in the smallest size which is hardly legible. How can we stop this?
Sending emails to multiple contacts related to potentials
Hello ! I would like to know how you handle multiple contact for 1 potential business. In our business, sometimes we want to send to all the contacts, or a few contacts from each company which potential stage is for example "To call back" (ie: the salespersons + their boss). I would like our salesperson to easily select the potentials then send an email to all their contacts, or the contacts related to the account associated to the potential. How would you manage that ? Hi I am using the following formula to multiply some fields by an hourly rate and total them together. This part of the formula works fine. I now want to take the total calculated by the formula and ad 20% to the total.
