Email form submit and reset button cut off on mobile...
Hi! I have integrated the email form for Joomla! so that when people email thorugh the website, it goes directly into CRM. I just looked on an iPhone, and the submit and send button are off the right side, showing only about a quarter of the submit button, and doesn't show the reset button. How can this be fixed? Feature Request: IMAP Support for ZCRM
If you are interested in having IMAP support for ZCRM can you please put your $.02 in here? IMAP support would allow you to truly use Zoho CRM as your main email client without having to sync between Outlook, Gmail or other Client. The challenge currently is they only support POP. Deleting an Admin User
An Admin User is still in our list of Users and I need to Delete this User. As this Associate is no longer with the Organization and I am not a "CEO" level User, how do I go about Deleting this User if I do not have their credentials to log in as them? Trevor M.
Zoho Lead API and Workflows
I am not getting the workflow to execute on API leads brought over via JOTFORM webforms using the API. I can get the data in CRM as needed, but it does not trigger a workflow based on a field that is populated and identified in the WorkFlow with the designated "Criteria" Is there something I am doing wrong, or does automation only work with zoho forms?

Hi, I´m using Zoho CRM professinal edition and I want to know how can I prevent the duplication of data in my CRM. For example, is any way to detect that am creating an contact with an email that already exist in a lead? Example: Existing Lead Name: John Smith Email: js@gmail.com ¨New¨ contact Name: John Email: js@gmail.com I want to know if Zoho can detect this ¨duplicate¨ data?
Webhook not available in Rules
I've created a Webhook, but it is not coming up when I try to assign it to a rule. Another Webhook I created is shown, but not this one.
Valid emails save but can't be used for email
I have a client with an apostrophe in their email address (X'Yz@someone.com) and it is a valid working email address (I can send from gmail). Zoho CRM let's me save it but won't send to it - says it is invalid. This is a clear bug as this is a legal, valid email address. I also notice that 5 years ago you were asked to fix the same problem so it's been out there a while. Please advise.
e-Mail address validity check
I tried putting in an e-mail address with an apostrophe (') for a contact, but it will not save because it considers the address to be invalid. E-mail addresses with apostrophes are valid, so the criteria in the validity check should be updated.
Sort order in Mail Merge
Hello, When I pull up a set of potentials records and then sort them by a field, I see the list in the order I have selected. When I do a mail merge they end up in the order of creation. This is not very helpful for organizing the final document. The work around is to open in Acrobat and manually reorder the pages (if you are lucky enough to have one record per page). This works for 10-15 pages max and then becomes a real chore. I had been told in Feb that it would be fixed in 2 weeks. Is there
Regarding EMail Setting using POP
Hi Zoho CRM Team, I have a account with the name "The British College" in zoho crm and we have created some users as well. My concern is on regarding Email setup through pop. I can configure the email account from super-admin account in crm but unfortunately I m able to configure from the user account. As a business we often provide services for couples, we are still within our trial period with Zoho & are yet to commit but the only thing holding us back is understanding how we might store contact information for couples. MASS MAILS SENT USING EMAIL TEMPLATE
Hello After creating the email template I have sent to the contacts by using end email option all at one go. Normally it shows for example 35 emails send in a pop uo once mails are send . But last time I sent the email there has been no such pop ups. So how do I check whether my mail has been sent or not??
Can I change the default search layout?
At the moment when users search for a contact or company, it shows the 'Contact Owner' name first and I would like it to show the contact name or company name first. Is it possible to change this layout?
Unable to confirm new user
I have created a new user and sent the email confirmation. The recipient is not receiving the email from ZOHO to confirm and start using. It is not going in spam/junk. The email account is receiving emails from inside and outside the company. I have tried numerous times. Is there another way to activate a user?

Change custom field to multi-select picklist?
I would like to change a custom field from its current state of only selecting one option and edit this field so that multiple choices can be selected. (Change to a multi-select picklist rather than single select). Is this possible? I just did the sync with Zoho invoice and I need assistance. The zoho crm module labeled "Invoice" should reflect my invoices from "zoho invoice". Right? Also I would like to associate expenses with active cases, is this possible?

Mass update potentials based on account field
We have created a set of "Strategic Goals" and "Geographical Priorities" that we're assigning to Potentials as they make their way through our pipeline, but for those that are already in the pipeline, I'd like to use mass update based on fields in the associated accounts. clicking on email in lead or contact won't launch in outlook
In some cases – most noticeably on a task page – Zoho pops up a web window when you click on an email address (the sole exception I’ve found is the contact page, where it works as it should). Is there a way to configure it so that it always calls a new email message from Outlook? I’m wondering if there’s something buried deep in the configuration options that lets you choose how it codes the page.

Seperate organizations using one crm
Any advice on how to separate leads and views for different sales people? I thought to create different modules, however modules don't have fields such as first name, last name etc... I thought by creating different modules, I could create different tabs that would be able to show the difference. Otherwise, there is a default view? Also how to separate leads by lets say a service line for example? I thought the territories would do this, but its not a great solution?
Formula field: gives current date when specific value in picklist
Hi, I've been struggling about creating the right formula field for the following function: I want to create a field which gives the current date when a picklist field is given a specific value 'X' The closest I get is: Datepart(If(Contains(${Accounts.Klant-Fase (Woco)},'02. Overleg')) But it keeps telling me I'm missing braces... And, will the date stick in the field when the picklist is altered to another value? Hello, We recently changed our invoicing platform from an old filemaker database to Zoho Invoice for our magazine and its been a major improvement! Zapier integration
Having a problem with getting Zapier to work in connecting Hubspot and Zoho. Says that I may need to contact the ZohoCRM administrator to enable API access.
Change "Potential" status to "Contacts".
As I see it, "Potentials" are that, potential customers. If one or more have changed their status and are already customers, how do I change that? Is there a tool for updating the status?

Bug fix required --> missing subject in automated emails
Hello, an urgent bug fix is required: Emails that are triggered by an alert have NO SUBJECT (empty subject field, despite properly set up in templat), when reaching recipients that are chosen from email recipient lists. HOWEVER, the same email DOES have a subject (as it should) when reaching recipients that are manually entered in " Additional recipients" field. Please fix and let me know, when solved.
