Limit in Data Storage in Free Version

Hi On the home screen of Zoho CRM with all the little icons, there is a lot of tabs not present. Things like sales orders, invoice, Activities are not present! Is it because its displaying on a tablet or has it not been developed for these devices?
Issue creating Potentials records using Zoho API
Hi , I am using Zoho API to insert Potentials records into my Zoho Account. My problem I am getting the success to insert the records using the API only two fields. I am passing other parameter in XML post URL but only two fields is insert other form fields still reaming empty. Hi, I do not want to use the standard filter option in ZOHO CRM report as I do not want my data to filter by last activity time. How can I disable it ? Also, what is the relation between my standard filter and my first advanced filter. Is it an AND condition or OR ? Thanks

Look up field in Web form
Hi all. I'm creating a web form, from the Contact module. In the Contact layout I have made a custorm "look up field". Now when creating the web form, the look up field is not an option to drag into the web form. All the other fields are there, except the look up field ? Is this because look up fields can't be in a web form or have I done something wrong ? Please advise, thanks. BR. Soren

Hi, I need to pull simple data from Zoho CRM like trial start and end dates and lead status for which I am using API getMyRecords . However the results I get from these APIs is different in count then when I view it on the Zoho CRM applying the same filters ! . For Eg A query of trial start date = current month & lead status doesn't contain blowout gives output as 35 in API run query and 24 in Zoho CRM view when I apply this as a filter. I currently have over 40,000 listed under my name and need them switched over. Is there anyway to do this other than 100 at a time. I am not able to sit here to do them 100 by 100. It has taken me over an hour just to get 10k transferred. Please advise!!!
Gmail integration Attaching internal emails - no summary of communication
We have configured the email Gmail integration. Couple of issues: We have excluded our internal domain so that internal emails are not attached as it is explained. Everyone's internal emails are connecting to the individuals contact record. If the exclusion domain is set, why is this happening?? Not being able to see a summary view of the email communication is a waste. I have 5 users, I need to use the drop down to maneuver through every choice and keep track - to see the actual communication

I am facing difficulties to create the following similar reports: Average Order (Invoice) Value by Territory Total (SUM or Value of all Invoices) Invoices by Territory Monthly sales by Category (this is a Territory field) All the above three reports are directly related to the Territory. Please note that my clients does not use Potentials module. To create the 3 reports - I have tried to make roll-up-summary of Grand Total in Invoices module and store those values in Accounts and Contacts module.

Users not really deleted and Email Invitations not working
Not a subscription issue: We pay for 8 subscriptions. We have 1 admin + 4 real users + 1 test user, making 6 used subscriptions. Not an email issue on our end: I have checked the server logs, I can see previous invite emails, but no emails received since having my second problem. Problems: I recently tested functionality, creating two test accounts. During this time, we had 7 subs used. After testing, I deleted the two accounts. This was so I could record setup from a fresh start. Problem

HI, We current use ZOHO Support (paid) and want to integrate ZOHO CRM. 3 of my colleagues have tried the free trail of CRM under ZERO CARBON FUTURE (our company name) but we have 3 different CRM free trial accounts open and inviting these users is impossible! I would like to be able to create a subdivision between the different components of one order and be able to adjust the different statuses of these components. I want to export a list of contacts which are related to our different customers. I found two methodes: 1. Export a file in the zoho document view mode (For me not possible since it is limited to 100 and I have 4'000). 2. Linking Potentials Module to Purchase Order Module

How do you delete an account? Originally, I wanted to add another email to access my CRM (this would only be the second email that has access to my CRM), but ended up making a new CRM by mistake with my other email. How can I view call details?
I have a completed call associated to a lead. When in that lead, I can't click on the call to view details of it - @the record I am trying to access is not available'. It says I either don't have permission to view it (I do - I created it) or it has been deleted (it hasn't). However, if I 'search' for the lead, and the call comes up as a 'results' option, I can view the call that way. How can I make it so that I can view the completed call details from within the lead itself? Thanks, Matt
Can I add emails that have been sent by users on to the home tab?
Is this possible? It would be useful for our users to see correspondence that other users are sending. So ideally it would have the users name, the contact they have sent the email to and the subject title or something.
Email Template
We have over 200 email templates somewhat divided into folders. I would like to see: 1. Folders that drop down to show emails and closes up so you just see the folders name 2. The ability to allocate emails to various modules and not lock it into one particulary module. If I want to see an email in leads & contacts, I need to cut and paste the email into another template. Create potential from lead
I am working with Zoho CRM and I am using Leads to document whom I am trying to attract to be a customer. When I have the opportunity to send a proposal I would like to create a potential BUT I do not want to create an new account until the Lead really are a new customer ie a new Customer account. Does anyone know if there is a possibility not to create a new account when converting Leads into potentials?
