Price Book Report
I know this is becoming a boring subject but PLEASE can we have a Price book report so that we can print sheets for our engineers. This is a big hole in the reporting system and i am confused why it has not been rectified considering how long the request has been going on for.
Retrieve contacts with empty tasks
Dear all, I have edited several tasks in CRM by clicking Edit. When I was done, I wanted to make a follow up task by clicking Save & New. I assumed I was still working in the specific contact, however, it is a new task not related to any contact in particular. As a result I have created several tasks that are unrelated to a contact person. I know now how to do it but is there any way I can retrieve these contacts? Thank you! Bas
Importing Leads
Every time I import an MS Excel .xlsx file and map the email the email renders a "false" value. All the emails are valid emails. Everything else imports fine. This happen to three different files (including a test import file with one single row). Any ideas how to fix? I'm tired of going into each record and updating them one by one. So slow. So painful.

CRM sheet view - currency amount exported as text
Hi In CRM I have custom fields holding currency amounts. When these are exported to sheets, they are transformed to text so I am unable to sum etc. I cannot find a way to reformat to numbers. How can I keep them as numbers? Thanks
Why do some, but not all of my POP3 emails come in to CRM?
I've just configured my Zoho CRM Email settings to pull emails for my leads & contacts from my Office 365 POP3 account. I have dozens of messages on my Outlook with corresponding email addresses in CRM, but only a handful have been pulled into my CRM Mail. Why are all emails not showing in CRM? Thanks - Jeff
Outlook plugin updating other users contacts
We had a user download the Outlook plugin and install on her machine. The user is claiming all they did was install and nothing more. Soon after installation many of our other users received notifications that she had modified contact records not owned by her. In fact there were several hundred contacts which were updated and this has upset many staff members. Does anyone know why the plugin would have flagged the contacts as modified? I can't see any events or activities logged against these

Zoho CRM Outlook Mac 2011 Plugin only syncing 5 out of 1500 contacts?
I'm trying to sync my contacts from Zoho CRM into my Outlook for Mac 2011. I downloaded and installed the outlook plugin, and I was able to log in to my Zoho CRM account. I was able to select the folder I want to sync to in outlook. I assume under settings in the Zoho CRM outlook plugin the "contact's folder" I'm selecting is the folder in Mac outlook that I would like to sync with Zoho? I'm not currently trying to sync any tasks or calendar details. I ran a "Sync Contacts" and I got the pop-up

Importing contacts leaves Email as "false"
There is a fundamental bug in importing from XLS. I import a list of contacts with several columns mapped to fields all fine, e.g. First Name, Last Name and an Email field. But once imported all the emails show as "false"!

imported Leads shows email to be false

Custom Formula field syntax error
Hello! I've come across some issues trying to write a custom formula field. I have created 7 list selection fields with values from 1 to 10. The idea of the formula field is to get the average value of those 7 fields, for example: Field 1: 4 Field 2: 7 Field 3: 5 And so on. I'm getting Wrong data error and syntax error everytime. new fields (add vs. change) - under free zoho version
as i understand a free version does not allow users add fields into accounts, contacts etc. however, the standand free version contains unnecessary (for me, at least) fields which i would like to change (as I can't add new fields) . So is thre any way to change some of the fields (including the field name and its parameters)?

I am looking for the best way to note multiple vendors to an account to create a "Vendor Focus". ie: I want to note that Company ABC is a target for Apple, Samsung and LG. Cannot show "territory" in pipeline reports
There is no "territory" field listed in available fields for opportunity in report builder There is a field called " potential territory" which if i add to list of displayed fields causes the report to list nil data. I have tried this on two different working reports and each time I add the field the report gives nil data. any workarounds that can show territory data in one report. I know i could filter the report by each territory, but then i have to consolidate data from 4 different territories......
