Duplicate Accounts when doing an report
Hi, I have done a report that shows all accounts which haven't got any activities tasks or calls(so we can track them and call them). My problem is that I have accounts appearing 3 or 4 times in the table and I can't find why. Is it because it also looks for Contacts without any tasks ? Many thanks for your answer. Regards, Florian
I can't add a custom field to the Account module

Activities Screen - Account Column

Potentials closing date - show this date in customers overview-list
Is it possible to create a FIELD inside CUSTOMER which shows the CLOSING DATE of a POTENTIAL from this CUSTOMER ? Because we want to filter CUSTOMERS with/without POTENTIALS and want to sort them by CLOSING DATE. If it's not possible, could you make it possible? :-) (At the moment we use a created field inside the customer and manually add the potential date, but this is a lot of stupid work. so it would be very nice, if it could work automatically)
Integrating 3rd party webform for lead creation
We have our own webform that creates a trial account for our database for our program. We were wondering how the results of this webform can also populate a new lead as if we were using your webforms. hope that this makes sense. we may be able to do this the other way too. as in, we use your webform to create an auto email that is sent to our server to create a new trial account. just wondering
Contact History
We want to create multiple history for each Contact: Education Benefit - Amount, Date Received, Name of School, Course, Year Level, Etc. Medical Benefit - Amount, Date Received, Nature of Sickness, Referred by Transportation Benefit - Amount, Date Received Burial Assistance - Amount, Date Received A Contact may have availed of some or none at all. My account has two users (me and my trainee) wherein she is added as a user under List of Approved Email Addresses. Show related company contacts in a contact's view
Like when in an Account I can see the related contacts on the right, it would be nice if I go into one of these contacts, i keep seeing the other related contacts on the right. a)makes navigation easier within an account and b) i can see there are possible other contacts within the account.
Uploading contacts to CRM with (CRM) Campaigns
I am importing client data from another system. We are importing all the contact - not a problem. However, we need to associate the contacts with the campaigns they belong to. How do we add the contacts to the CRM Campaigns in Zoho from an upload? (NOTE: Not talking about the separate campaign system - just CRM).

Scheduled Mass Email Status
I know this has been discussed very often on the forums and the answer is typically to use a 3rd party or Zoho Campaigns. However.. How do you see if the mass email that wash scheduled is complete if it is more than the daily allowed emails to be sent? I have a list of nearly 2000 contacts for newsletter distribution, I like the template format for the mass email because it allows me to post an attachment to the email. I do not want to switch to campaigns. But how do you know from a report setting
Project linking fails
Hi ! I've just entered a new account in Zoho CRM. I also linked a contact to this account. Then I tried to link the account to a Zoho Project as I did for other account. But, it failed. I received no error message. I should also say that the account name was Zen & Cie before and as I thought the & could be a problem, I changed it to Zen et Cie. I tried again to link it to his Zoho Project but it still didn't work. Any idea ?

Capthca form not working on IE for web to lead form

Date field in web form: 05/30/15 is recorded as 05/30/0015
When a user enters an inquiry using Zoho's web-to-lead form, if the date is entered as "05/30/15" it will be recorded in CRM as 05/30/0015 instead of 2015. It would also be nice to have a pop-up calendar on the web form.

Accessing Zoho Creator records from within Zoho CRM
I created an app in Zoho creator and added some records to it. Then from within Zoho CRM, I'm trying to access those records that I created in Zoho creator. I get this error. 2892 - "Specified application name is not valid.Provide a correct one." I have double checked the application name and it is as specified in the Zoho creator. What is happening here?
Matching imported contacts with imported accounts

New Organisation Error

CRM Report Question
I have created a report for email opt in's and find that there are multiple entries for each account. I only need to see the company name, email address and full name, its telling me that on the first page there are 2000 but it seems to be including multiples so i don't think that is the case.

HI, just signed up for the "Free Forever" plan for 10 users. However when logged on the system says that i have 15 more days left to use testversion... Which is it? As do not want to engage too much or place a lot of work building up base of leads if forever only lasts for 15 days...? Our company is yet new and small and will cope with 10 users still for a while. Grateful for response!
Territory management, automatic assignment when converting lead to contact?
Hi, I am trying to setup territory assignment rules based on country. When I set up the rule I can chosse "Billing country" and/or "Shipping Country" but in my contact form I only have "Mailing country" and "Other country" field. How should I do the assignment rule based on the value of the "country" field in Leads that is converted to "Mailing country" in Contacts? Thanks, Roger
