How to create different user permission/privilege
Our company is located in China, we have branch offices in different countries. We have 3 sales groups here in H.Q.. One leader for each group. (And they need to see the branch sales info.) The manager of the branch office will control everything of the branch office, as I just mentioned the group leader from HQ need to see the sales info of related branch office sales info. Can you provide such service?

Connecting Contact to Each Other?
I'm a new ZOHO user and have a basic question. I have many contacts that are related to each other. Let's call two of these contacts Suzie and Joe. Suzie is Joe's boss. When I open Suzie, I'd like to see that she is linked (associated) to Joe---and visa versa. Is this possible? If so, how do I do this?

Allowing public access to CRM Database
I need to be able to allow password protected access to individuals without creating a ZOHO user account. We only need 3-4 user accounts (my board of directors), but I need the rest of my organization, about 25 members, to have read only access to our database that would include accounts, leads, reports, partnerships, contacts, events etc WITHOUT having to create a user account. Get Account and Related Custom module data
I have done a lot of research on this, and apologize if this is a redundant question. But I want to be sure that what I have found is true... We have custom modules tied to Accounts, so for example we have a custom module called Employees.. I would like to open an Account by ID and get all related Employees.. From what I have been reading I cannot use the getRelatedRecords for this because Employees is a custom module. I also cannot use the ACCOUNTID that is automatically created on the employee
Email Archive customize rules
Hello, while doing the email linking, I noticed I largely exceeded the email limit when I put the Gmail emails imported. i wouldnt mind deleated the archives from Zoho (they would need to stay on GMAIL as well) but I do would like to keep the emails that I had with my clients in zoho, to keep track. is that possible in anyway to delete everything except the email exchanges with registered clients ?
Automatic relationship in related list
Hi All, I've created a custom Zoho App for use in CRM. I've built the form and added this as a related list in the Leads module. However when adding a new record in this list, I need to manually specify the field property that relates the list between the Leads and my custom app. Is there a way for this to automatically happen so that my users don't need to copy/paste the lead ID? Hi, can you explain how the Forecast is supposed to work? What do the different categories (best case, committed, pipeline) mean? Uploaded companies contacts, but left out some information
I downloaded all of our companies contacts, but left out the zip code, website address of customer, and our customer number for that particular company. Adding additional information after account import
Is there anyway to add additional customer information by uploading a second time after you have done the initial import. (ie) I left out a field say the zip code by accident, can I pull all the same information and upload it again, but this time include the zip code and maybe the country, or something else. Email- incoming server port issue
Hi I have a problem setting up my email on the Zoho CRM system. Our incoming server port is 143 and its an IMAP email account. Our outgoing server port is 25. Now I can change the outgoing server port but I cannot change the default incoming email server port as it won't change from 995 to anything else (I want to change it to 143). Is there any way I can change the incoming server port number on the Zoho CRM email settings? Otherwise is there any other way for my email to work on the Zoho CRM platform?

Creating a mass email to contacts
Howdy, Sorry, I am new to Zoho but just signed up to the professional version. I have a list of contacts - circa 300 that I met at a trade show that I need to send a bulk email to. The contacts have been loaded, I've created the email template but the template is not available for selection when I select the clients to email from the main Contacts tab. standard users cannot access campaigns
