Creating the add comments (in cases) function in Leads
Hi, I really like the add comment function in cases, where I get a stamp on the user and the time. I have experimented the formula field to create a similar field for leads, but haven't succeeded. Is there a set formula I can use for this or another way to get this function in leads? thanks, F
searchRecords in Custom Modules and then updating the found record
I am having trouble with how to search for a record with a given input and then updating the found record with a 2nd input. What I am trying to do is to take an input, search for a record in CustomModule3 that has that Name, there will only be one. Then, I want to update the found record with the 2nd input. unable to add an email to zoho crm - error 'email already in use'
I am unable to add new email to zoho crm because I receive an error " email already in use'. I am certain this is because I attempted to add to zoho crm then I had to add to zoho accounts in order to use the zoho email add on. Does anyone know where and how to remove the email from zoho crm first. The email I want to delete (so I can add to Zoho Accounts first) is still showing up in Setup-->Personal Settings -->Email Settings --> Send email as Any help is appreciated as I will have to move to
Update record using API
I need a script I can publish on my website, that allows for updating of a record in my Zoho CRM database. It would function very similar to the "Unsubscribe" function Zoho provides, but instead of updating the "Email Opt-Out" flag for the given email, it would update a particular field for a given contactId and a value for that field (passed as 2 parameters). I need help setting up our territories on Zoho
Hi! We have a simple hierarchy. The territory managers report to the CEO. Each territory has 1 AE who reports into them. Right now, I want the CEO to be able to see what the territory managers (and their AE's) activities are in Zoho. I want the Territory managers to be able to see their AE's activities and also be able to roll up their opportunities based on territory. Lastly, I want to be able to assign the Leads, Accounts, and Campaigns by territories. How do I do all of this? Thanks! Denise

CRM manual indicates to set up a new Module you need to go to Customization and add a new module. My question is when I go to Customization under Modules I do not see any thing to chic on to set up a new Module. What am I missing?

Hi. I set up a customer field as a Number. The number automatically formats itself with a comma as the value grows. Can I change this format so that there is no comma seperation i.e. not 1,000 - I would like to see 1000. Thanks

Updating scheduled calls log
I'm missing something or How can I update the call duration and status to "concluded" of a Schaduled Call?? After the call time schedule is overdue the call is hidded in callendar view and it is moved to closes activities on contact or lead view. It is a bug or I'm missing something?? Unable to Cancel to edit Data Backup and Backup Logic Bug in Zoho
(1) I'd configured Zoho CRM , database backup for once a month. I can't change it, there is no edit / cancel schedule buttons around (see attached screenshots), now sure why I can't do it anymore. I used to be able to edit it. (2) And I figured that I configured the date wrongly and wanted to change it because Zoho has a bug. - Previusly, I set to 31st of each month. But there is a logic bug in Zoho - On Months that do not have 31 days (e.g. Sept), it will be generated on the 1st of the next month.(Oct)
Contact with two email addresses
How do I maintain a contact record when a contact utilizes two different email addresses? Currently I have two contact records for him. This creates confusion when attempting to locate information as to which record it is attached to. What can I do to combine these reords and reference both email addresses? Add potential directly to a contact or lead in mobile crm - standard edition
HI I noticed that in Standard edition, once a call is logged, I am unable to add potential to the lead. I have to come out of the call module and then go to the potential. This is not the right way. I noticed in professional edition you can just do it right below the lead. Pl clarify

Can someone please help me. I am just about ready to quit using Zoho because I cannot get my users google emails to integrate with Zoho. We have a situation where the staff member that set up our Zoho Account has left the organisation. I am trying to change the user settings to reflect the details of the new employee taking their place. I can change the username and various other details but not the email address. Can anyone advise how to do this please. Ideally I want the entire account left as it is, only changing the username, user contact details and email address.

Auto-populate field on Zoho CRM
Actually I am facing a problem in Zoho CRM. I have a lookup on Lead form named as 'Introducer' (Contact) and have two more single-line text fields 'Introducer account' and 'Introducer Email'.
