ZOHO integrate with 8x8 voip
Our company uses 8x8 voip for a phone system and ZOHO CRM for a database. 8x8 has a click to call function that does not work with ZOHO. Ideally, we want an integration for inbound and outbound calling. Depending on consultation and development, we may settle on an outbound integration solution with an inbound integration the in the following quarterly budget. Switching phone systems or ZOHO is not an option.
Restricting access to Zoho CRM Reporting
Hi there, I have refrained from enabling "reporting" on my sales rep profile for fear that it will allow the reps to create/ run reports for privileged data such as: - other rep/ manager sales performance - access to other managerial reports that I have created based upon the company's Opportunities (potentials) is there a way to limit what data can be viewed for those that have access to the reporting functionality within Zoho CRM? thanks in advance,

How do I sort my lead list from newest to oldest? Zoho was automatically sorting it by default until I manually sorted it by phone number now I can't get it to go back. I want new leads that were entered into the system most recently to appear at the top. Thanks, Alex
"Loading..." never completed,lost all my call notes
So, I log a call; I'm on for half an hour making lots of notes, all good... Then I clock Stop, it says 37 minutes, good.. I clock Save, and it says "Loading" at the top of the screen - for 20 minutes... I finally hit refresh and my call is not there and I lost all my notes. Any ideas how I can make sure this doesn't happen again?

Zoho mail not recording emails to contacts
My ZOHO mail is not recording email under the contacts in the CRM. I have the email settings as shared and at one time they were working. Also I have added a user with the mail add on and they are not appearing as an add on user in my administrator screen. Best, Chris

Attempting to change fiscal year - do not see "View Settings" on Forecast tab.

Also in many cases several of my employees , create potential and not up on time, or some times something is missing, when recovering also like to change the creation date to obtain the most successful sales cycle .

Duplicating Account
We have two companies and have Zoho CRM up and running for one. We want to use Zoho CRM for our newer second company. Is there a way duplicate the accounts and contact to a second Zoho CRM company. The two companies have the roughly the same accounts, but all the notes, attachments, events etc would make it very messy to just add a few new user accounts to the exist company. Thanks in advance.
Moving Leads from one list to another
Need some help in moving leads from one list to another. I have a few different lists of leads and when I enter a new lead it always goes into the All Open Leads list. There does not seem to be a obvious way to enter new leads directly into a specific lead list or move it from the All Open Leads list to another. Can you help? Automatically populate an address in a potential when converting a lead?
Hello, Every time I get a new lead I fill out the address field and then, when I convert it to a potential the address only automatically populates in the contact and I have to re-enter it into the potential. The Contact is already associated with the potential at this point, however the potential does not have an address. Can any one give me a step by step of how to get the lead or contacts address to auto-fill when I convert to a potential? Thanks!

Creating invoices from leads module
We are using the leads module to keep a database of our retail contacts and use Zoho invoice. I see that we can create invoices in the Companies and Potentials modules, but not the Leads module. Is there a workaround so we can create a Zoho Invoice right from the leads module? Mas convert the leads into Potentials, we are not really utilizing the Potentials database? Entering notes using key strokes
Hi there, Seems the format for entering notes has changed. Is it no longer possible to enter a note and save it without having to use the mouse to click save? It's much quicker to use just the keyboard. On the previous version, after typing my notes, I could hit tab-enter, and that would save the entry. How can I save my entry now, using key strokes and not a mouse? Thank you.
