How to email the contact linked to a product
I linked the contact and leads to different products. But I can't find how to email this group of contact. The views and macro only allow me to work on the fields. Can you propose me a solution? Thanks
System slow
I just started using Zoho and I am not sure I can continue to use it if the system speed does not pick up. Tabbing between fields when entering data is taking way to long as is the switch between pages. Can something be done about this?
Automation rule triggers - I need more than 3 fields
Hi, I'm setting up an automated alert which will send an email based on changes to a Potential. I need this alert to be triggered by changes to any of 4 individual fields, but the system will only allow me to select 3 fields as triggers. Is there any way to (A) add a fourth field or (B) does anyone have any ideas as a workaround? Please see the attached screenshot to see what I'm looking at. Thanks in advance for any help. Feeds: any way to set up as a User activity tracker?
Can you set up Feeds to track activity of a group of Users (or company-wide), similar to the Audit Log? I'm not interested in tracking specific contacts; I'd rather be able to track all User activity - again similar to the Audit Log but with the superior UI and functionality of the Feeds module.
crm.zoho.com login & load slow or inoperable
Every time I try to login today (have tried rebooting, logging in from three separate browsers, etc), it completely stalls. I've gotten the home page to load once, and leads to load once, but other than that, it is completely inoperable. Help!!!
Alerts & Notes Notifications
An idea that's struck me since the latest update to notifications and feeds. Its great we can tag users in notes as this is a great way to alert staff to recent changed data. However the current offering has one flaw. Currently there is no way to confirm you have read or actioned a latest alert, it also stays there even when its not important any more. I would like to see zoho add the function to be able to remove alert from the notification area (think android notification area - Lollipop/Kitkat)
add existing contact to campaign
Hi, We have been using the campaign option on Zoho CRM for guests lists for events. We have a problem adding existing contacts to the different campaigns- sometimes we want to add all the contact from one campaign to a new one and for some reason we can't. If we try to export the list of contacts to an excel file and then add them, all existing contacts can't be added to the campaign. What can we do? Thanks Gili

Our company has used Zoho for 3+ years to keep track of all CRM. We have hundreds of accounts with notes on work we have done that i would like to keep in case of an inquiry from a client. If i downgrade from Professional to the Free Edition, would i still have all my notes attached to the accounts or would i lose this information? Any info on what you would lose from downgrading to the free edition would be beneficial. Thank you
How do I connect phone bridge?
Ive got the Premium account. From what I have read, I need to download Twiolo, which looks like an online Skype-type service. Is this correct? Does Phonebridge cost extra (or is it a separate add-on app?) So Phonebridge uses the online calling, rather than my mobile? I have read something about using an adaptor? Is there a way to click on the phone button in my Leads contacts, and make calls through my phone?

Editing Activities/Tasks page layout
Hi, There are some fields within the Activities module that I would like to remove, and then create others more relevant to our organisation, similar to how you can edit fields in Leads/Contacts/Accounts, but the page layout option under Customization is greyed out even though I have administrator permissions. How can I use the same phone number for two-factor SMS on multiple email users?
I'm on the Standard package. I have three email addresses on my own-domain Zoho-hosted email. All three addresses are mine, and I'm after two-factor-authentication on all three. However, I don't have a separate phone number for each user (as they are all me!) but when I attempt to add that number to the second user I get the message "Number already exist in organization". It seems rather silly that the same person cannot use two-factor on multiple addresses without taking out a separate phone number
Functionality missing in web version
I subscribe to the Standard package (upgraded from the free version). On the web client (Mac OS X , Safari Version 8.0.3) many menu items are missing such as Products / Quotes / Invoices. This seems really odd as the same account in IOS does show these elements RK
Zoho Invoice Discrepancy
Hi, We are using Zoho CRM for our bike shop and are experiencing issues with tax in quotes and invoices. When adding products in the product line we need to show it's gross price, the tax (20% UK VAT) and the net amount. The subtotal needs to be accumulated net amounts for all the items and then Tax applied to the overall sale/quote and the gross amount is the grand total. Converting a custom field
Is it possible to convert an existing field to a different type of field? I created one that is a pick list, and I want it to be a mutliselect pick list. Is it possible to just convert the existing field, or do I need to start all over with a new custom field and manually transfer everything?

If I send an email to a customer through the CRM program, where in the CRM program will that get saved and will it keep a history of all emails sent through the email part of the CRM? Also, if a customer sends an email to my regular email, is there a way I can have it go directly into that customer's email in the CRM program?

Problem with only 5 tasks per rule
We are a firm of consultants, with 5 different client types (which we define in a custom field). Once a prospect becomes a client (which we set in the status field at the account level), a rule - called "new client intake" should be triggered. However, this rule has many more than 5 tasks associated with it. How can we create rules for each of our client types, and get around the limit of 5 tasks per rule, and only 10 rules per module. We have the Professional edition. Thanks.

Free version not sending mass emails
Good morning, I am trying to send a mass email through the free version of Zoho. When I do this, I receive a message on the screen saying I need to update to the paid version. However, on the Zoho website, it states: 'You start for free Start with 2,000 contacts and send up to 12,000 emails/month in the free plan. You can upgrade only when you need to." Can someone please let me know if you can send mass emails from the free version, and if so, how can I do this? Thank you Monica

Getting a users time zone
Is there a way to get a users time zone? When retrieving records I need to convert the created_time, modified_time, and last_activity_time to a standard time zone. The getUsers call doesn't return time zone for the users so I am not sure what time zone the records are coming back in. Thanks

Regular timeout or time out issues
I am encountering on many occasions issues with time out. I click on anything and it just looks like it is hanging. waiting for crm.zoho.com. It stays like that for 2-3 mins until it eventually time out. When I keep clicking again and again it works. However, it happens on 1 out of 3 clicks. Anyone has an idea why it is like that? I am using Firefox or Safari browser but the problem persists on both. I do not have a firewall. Thanks Alex

I've tried from 2 computers, and whenever I either sign in, or click on zoho crm logo, or just click on my shortcut to zoho crm, the page times out. I haven't been able to log in from a computer in 2 days. The whole crm page won't load, not just a particular module. When I entered a note for a contact then hit save, I received the error message above. When I did so on another contact, it seemed to work. When I went back to the original contact, it saved OK, but a thin vertical red line appeared on the left side of the note, then faded away. Why is that, please? Thank you.

How to convert a Lead to another module?
I go into leads>convert but it says it's going to create a new contact. But I don't want it to create a new contact, I want to be able to click convert and select which module to convert it to. I have multiple modules, "Leads", "Company A jobs", "Company B Jobs", and "Company C Jobs".
