Use the product merge fields twice in one template
We would like to use the product merge fields twice within the one template - once on a cover sheet with minimal information e.g. product name and quantity. and then later in the same template with more info including pricing etc. etc. However as product fields have to be used with in the id=lineitem tag only one iteration of product fields appears to be possible within any one document - can anyone advise a way around this so that we can use the product information twice in two different ways?

Only 20 records in product search results whereas I have half a hundred
Hi, In the Zoho CRM new version, in order to search products, I have to type 3 characters in the "Search using Product Name or Code" area. That's a problem when you don't know exactly what the name you are looking for is. And the main problem is that even if you know the beginning of the name of your product, the search returns only 20 items. But I have about 50 items beginning by the same 3 characters! Creating a Task and relating it to a Lead, has so far, left me empty handed, until NOW! I've read that this isn't doable here on the forum, however in watching the video below (I've also attached a screenshot of the part of the video in question) I've discovered that this guy, did in fact, associate a Lead to a Task! Sending Template Emails from Potentials
I am trying to send an Email from my potentials view but whenever I click on "Send Email" from the specific Potential that I'm looking at, it does not automatically add the potential's email in the "to" field. Not really sure how to fix this.

Dear sir or madam, We have several users that at the same time enter the Potential View. We sort our potentials with Potential Owner first and then on account name. Problem receiving emails from my contacts
I received correctly all the emails from my contacts but they don't appear any more in the icon "Message". I don't know what is wrong because it used to work well until the 4 of november, since then any email has appeared in the icon "Message"

Hi, I want to generate a report that returns records where a given date is before "today plus 30 days" I can see how to set a filter for prior to a specific date, but want this report to run on a schedule, always looking 30 days ahead. Is there a way to do this?

Is there a way to map the address for a lead/account into a quote? I see that there is a default address field in quote but know way to map them over to the quote. Am I missing something? Thanks, Rich S.

The invoice PDF engine breaks when the table is more than one page
If the table spans more than one page, the header and footer are not generated. I have a video of this behaviour if desired by Zoho support staff.
Cannot change attachment order
It is not possible to change attachment under under lead and contact. I want attachments to be shown in the buttom of the page instead of in the top of the page. But the attachments is not part of the Organise Details window (see attachment)

Can you add a more general product search?
Dear sir / madame, You have recently changed the layout of the product environment in the inventory management for ZOHO CRM. But you have changed so much we now have a problem adding products. In your last version I could find products in a long list of products and sort by name or by supplier this is not possible anymore. This caused a bit of a problem with our employees. Can you add this search possibility again? We now have to guess whether the three characters are matched with the correct products.
Unreasonable backup costs?
I was recently tasked with setting up daily local backups of our data held on CRM, and was surprised and disappointed to find that Zoho charge a $10 fee per backup. Since our entire database is only 53MB when zipped this seems an unreasonable amount to pay, and we should know, we are a data backup and recovery service provider.
