Migrating Data
Hi i have exported some data adjusted and need to reimport these but the default fields i selected that must be filled in when a new account, is also active on this part of the crm. Can i please ask the Zoho team why this is so as it should not be, they are totally separate areas of the crm all i am doing is reimporting. I think this should be removed, i don't like to keep changing the fields to do a task that that is not related to it, i view it as taking extra unnecessary steps and is time wasted.
Appointments in Zoho CRM with email
When I receive a meeting request in an email message within the CRM application, it is added to Zoho calendar instead of my CRM calendar. This does me no good. Email should be more tightly integrated with the CRM application. We pay for both so that they can be used together.
Bug in purchase order layout/form

Basic Questions - we don't start from Leads? Shall I do a custom module?
Hi there - pretty new to Zoho CRM 1. OK - with Leads in our company we know who the customer is (Accounts / Contacts in Zoho) - and we would I guess jump straight to "Potentials" - which should work with some modification. Does this seem logical? 2. So the next thing is that I will have to modify the Stages in the Potentials module a bit. Which should be fine. Will this affect anything I can't think of? 3. The other issue is that when in Zoho you go to do a Quote the Subject is a mandatory field
Can u change field names for standard Zoho CRM fields?

Formula field - calculate invoice value
Hi all I want to use three fields, Arrival Date, Departure Date and Weekly Rate to calculate a field for Total Invoice. If the difference between Departure and Arrival date (length of stay) divided into number of weeks leaves a remainder of more than 3 days, I want to round it up to the nearest week. For example 3 weeks and 5 days I want to round up to 4 weeks, but if it is 3 weeks 2 days then to calculate the exact amount for 23 days. Why doesn't Zoho support Cubby integration? Cubby in my opinion is a much better cloud storage service than Dropbox and I was just wondering why Zoho doesn't allow integration as it does Dropbox and Google Drive.

EDITING OF QUOTES
May I know why I can no longer edit products in a quote.. I can only delete but not editable.. Previously it can be done but now it is totally different. Kindly add option also to insert a product in a quote. Your response is very slow. We will be stuck if we have problems like this. Best Regards,
Using custom functions with Product Details
I am wondering if anyone has built any custom functions that are associated with the Product Details section of the Quote module. Since Zoho gives you the option to add the "Product Details" field as an argument when creating a custom function for the Quotes module, I thought I would give it a try. No success, here, though. Has anyone else had any success using this in any way? Just curious.
Currency Fields doesn't allow negative values
There is a new validation that currency field must be positives. This validation wasn't implemented before and we are using currency fields that we need to input negative values, what can we do to solve this issue? Thanks!!
Can not add customized form to related list
I have customized contacts and renamed them to HD customers (Home delivery customers) I have created a customized form called REFERENCE ITEMS via the CREATOR interface I then link the form to CONTACTS to create a RELATED LIST The link stops working after a short while When I go back to the link the system now assumes I'm linking to LEADS rather than CONTACTS Can you please help Thank you
Receiving mail from multiple email accounts in zoho crm
I use zoho mail and zoho crm. I have multiple email accounts. The bcc dropbox feature is a great way to automatically capture outgoing email from different email accounts and still show them all under the contacts, lead etc in Zoho CRM. Is there some way to automatically capture received emails from the multiple accounts and show them in the respective area in CRM? The system is set-up to automatically pull in from one email account. I am just missing emails from the other accounts. Please help.
CRM too slow to use
Any particular reason that CRM is taking several minutes to load each page today? Doesn't seem to matter which user or which PC is being used.

Hi there (last post for the night!) The Products module in CRM is sadly not what I can use (it does not do uniqueness check on the Product Code) so it looks like I will have to create it in Creator - but of course I can't call it Products in Creator as that name is already used in CRM... not receiving emails after export
Hi, Lately, I have not been receiving emails after my exports. They always use to come right after I exported but they suddently stopped. I don't recall changing any settings. Any suggestions on what happened?
Custom fields - there are no options to say "must be unique"?
Good evening If I am getting the user to enter in a Product Code - is there a way to check it is unique? Can't see any option and there is no WorkFlow action that I can see of that would check for this. I can use auto number but our Product Codes come from our Vendor Thanks for any comments. Brynley
cant choose saved template for sending out emails
hi 1. have created a new template and saved 2. when I go into leads and click on the ones i want to send email out to/click on send etc unfortunately when it asks for the template, the drop down box says none? any help much appreciated

Reorder Rules Strange Results
I read the instruction here: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/automation/workflow-rules.html I would logically assume that the first (top) rule would execute first and move down the list. It seems like my rules are being sequenced in the reverse order, or perhaps random. I have not done extensive testing, but can someone tell me if I am reading the intended operation correctly?
Quote Detail - Can not make it larger

Product Search in quotes no longer shows description, price or other key information
With the new change when creating a quote, when you Add new item, it only shows the part but no longer the description, pricing, etc. These are critical features that were removed. Please add them back. As you can see below, this no longer gives you a snapshot of the various parts details, this was very important as a part number has a variation and the description and pricing allows us to select the right one. The only way to do this now, is to have a second zoho window open with the products

Migrating existing custom lead field data to mapped fields in Accounts and Potentials
Hi Zoho, I have mapped a custom string data field from Leads to Accounts, and Potentials. How can I migrate all existing field data from the mapped lead field to Accounts and Potentials. They are not automatically pulling from the mapped field in Leads. Is there a routine? Thanks!

Adding line items to a quote in any currency other than the reference currency does not work!
For quotes: If I add a line item with another currency selected other than the reference currency the reference currency price is used. I.e. The currency conversion is not done. The result is that one has to do the whole quote with the reference currency selected and at the end select the currency you want to quote in. Run reports using key words
I would like to run a report using a key word to show all activity regarding this key word (brand) for the past month. How do I do this? I use Zoho as a rep for 6 different brands (which would be my key words), and I bcc emails from accounts/contact to Zoho per brand + log calls + log store visits per contact/account (and usually these logs go in notes under each contact/account). Social Integration not working!
My social intergration functions are not working, specifically I am not seeing the back and forth between a contact and my company. I have linked my companies twitter/fb but nothing. Also, I don't see my contacts tweets in the social tab.
BCC dropbox not working
So I figured out that my BCC dropbox is not working on my account or on my team member's account. I'm sure about 500 emails have been lost that should have gone into CRM.
