Emailing from an account in Zoho
Unlike the leads modules, after converting the lead into an account, how do I get their notes to be tranferred over to the accounts module? How do i also send emails, using email templates, from the accounts module? (I'd like to log their emails and notes)
Exact time of comment creation dissapeared
Hello, we were used to exact time of comment were added to Lead, Contact or Account. After recent updates we see only day and month. Is it possible to turn it on again as it was. Because it is important for us to know, when comment was added to system. Thank you in advance, Ivan

Conditional Phone Number
I have a lead who has a phone number, specifically the main number to his office. On my "open leads" this number is shown. But, when I get a better number for him (like his personal cell) it will still show the less important number. Is there a way for to, on my "open leads" view to show the "best number" which is derived from the list of all phone numbers I have for the lead? What is the best way to delete a record using a custom function? I've got a rather complex function and one of the steps based on a series of conditions is to covert a lead to an opportunity and then remove the lead, only I can't seem to find a way to delete the lead. In my searches I'm finding the Data Access tasks in Creator, but there doesn't seem to be anything like that in the CRM Custom Function script writer.

Unable to process request

New Version Notes Window
Please add back the ability to resize the window while editing and allow for scrolling while editing the notes. I wrote this earlier but cannot find the posting.

CRM API auth token creation does not work on iOS 8 browsers (browser mode)
We use the Browser Mode CRM API to create auth tokens in our iOS app. The URL we hit is https://accounts.zoho.com/apiauthtoken/create?SCOPE=ZohoCRM/crmapi . This returns the token inside a "pre" tag in the response. This used to show up fine in iOS 7. But, in the new iOS 8, this doesn't work anymore. iOS8 Safari browser seems to treat the response as a file while Chrome in iOS8 just gets stuck with a "please wait..." screen. contacts lost after upgrade from free version
When we upgraded from the free to the paid version we lost access to the contacts that we had entered in the CRM. Is there any way to get these back?

Hi There, I've been using Zoho for a few years now and although CRM is a good app its Quotation module is very, very poor. This really surprises me no-end because I would imagine the business process of "quoting" would be done by majority of your client base and therefore I think its one area that is really letting Zoho CRM down. Can the quote number be edited to match our accounting system and after that number has been edited for the first time zoho should add 1 digit to the next quote prepared by any sales person that uses the quote system. is this a possible feature.

Export contact from Outlook to Zoho
Hello, I have troubles with the plug in. 1) I select contact in outlook 2) I use the export function 3) I can see contacts & account that have been created (not all the one I have selected) 4) I delete all created contact and acount in Zoho + empty recycle bin 5) I export again. Webhooks problems with &
I have a serious problem in my application. I'm using webhook to save some information in an external database. However, some companies use "&" in its name. By the time I call webhook by step information via POST, the "&", which is placed in the middle of the call, spoils the whole process. What up. You have encountered one of these fails? Problems with Zoho CRM Users
Hi, I was trying to add another user to Zoho, whose email ID I can use to send emails from. I tried to add it. The user is already a user of Zoho, and the invitation email was successfully sent to the new user. But the problem is that the user cannot access any contact we have in Zoho in CRM, nor any of the templates. Also, when I write a new email template, I cannot chose the new user's email as the sending email ID. Could you please help me and let me know if there is anything wrong I am doing?

Web Form flexibility
Is there any flexibility to the web forms? Drop down menus, multi-select, etc? All I am seeing is one text box per line and this doesn't suit our needs. We previously used Wufoo for it's flexibility, but we are looking for a CRM system with integrated webforms and landed at Zoho. Anyone have any advice?
Does the free version have a limit to the number of leads to be captured?

I noticed that there has been a change to how the notes look. I see that there is availability to reply to a note. Is there a plan to set up an integration that will notify the original writer of the note that someone has replied?
