Use of the amount field
Hi, I'm new to Zoho and currently setting up our system and getting my head around the processes. Can someone tell me if the intended use of the 'amount' field at lead conversion is for an annual figure or a monthly figure (or something else)? Your help would be greatly appreciated as I can't seem to find an obvious answer anywhere :/
Zoho CRM App Login Issues
Hello, When I open the Zoho CRM app, everything seems to work fine. However, when I log in, it gives me an error that states "Error while authenticating.(SERVER_ERROR)". While I would just assume that I entered the wrong PW, when I enter the wrong PW, it tells me that I entered the wrong password and doesn't give me the server error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. Any suggestions?
Date format in Events, tasks, etc
Hi, I have changed the date format in Settings to be DD/MM/YYYY, but in the Contact Manager, events shows as MM/DD/YYYY. Where can I change this? Thanks Steve

Hello experts, I have checked for any existing topic related to this so I am writing this again? If this has been discussed before, please point me to it. I am using Zoho CRM. As a user, my email and login is my company's email. (let's say it is called user@dvsum.com) What I am trying to do is send emails to my contacts in CRM. So when I click send mail from the contacts page, it opens up the dialog box and it populates with the contact email and correctly populates the "from" and "reply-to" address

When I try to export my contacts using the Zoho sheet view button it is coming up with "undefined" and close button. This always worked before.

Hi, I am using as a free user and I'm exploring CRM. I'm totally new to this and am unsure if I'm looking in the wrong place! I couldn't find the "Automation" button. My setup only has 10 categories as compared to the 13 on the demo video's. Is this because my account is a free account and I have to upgrade it to a premium account first? Thank you so much!!

I am using a form in our website that adds a contact to Zoho CRM. Everything is working fine except that only the record owner receives an email with the contact information, not the email address I put in the Reply To field.
Galaxy III does no find contacts " near me"
When I do a search of ' Contacts near me' it will show my location and no contact. Have the setting to 100 miles, and I have numerous contacts minutes away from me. Is there a fix for this? It work fine on our team's IPhone, just not the Android?
Data Sharing of Certain Records
We have various lead types that are classified within the CRM. Is there a way we can share only certain types of leads from a lead owner to a group, without having to share ALL of the leads of the lead owner? For example, the lead owner may have two types of leads, "Lead Type 1" and "Lead Type 2". Tasks Disabled
Hi I am new to Zoho CRM and I am trying to view my Home Page. Under the Tasks section I'm am getting a message stating You do not have permission to view this component as corresponding module has been disabled in your profile settings (or) in Organize Tabs But I can't figure out out to fix this and I am the administrator. How can I bulk edit my accounts data - 20000 accounts
I need to be able to see all of my accounts in an spreadsheet view - then edit row by row a custom field. I have the Advanced Reporting access where I can see all of my Accounts data but cannot edit/save directly via Zoho Advanced Reports. What would be the the easiest way to do this bulk uploading?
Every "Log a Call" is now missing!!
Has anyone had calls they logged using "Log a Call" missing? I am able to pull it up via backup feature, so they still exist, but I cannot find them using CRM system.

More accurate mapping of leads / contacts
Hi, Often the addresses are not good enough for google maps to find out the exact location. Can I add geo-coordinates along with street address for leads / contacts / accounts, and have a more accurate data of location? In that case, can I also get locate on map tool to just search the geo-coordinates, and have the street address as the title of the point? Thanks!

Creating an event in CRM - cannot link to contact
Hi Team. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong. I am pushing contacts from Creator to CRM. After sending the contact across I extract the Contact ID into a field in ZC. I now want to create a task and an event in the CRM system against this new contact. If I create a new task, it does not link it to the contact (even though I have set the "Who ID" field to the extracted Contact ID field variable. In events, it does not even allow me to select the Contact ID field against the "Who ID" field
Audit Log: Why are contacts not hyperlinked in for email communications like the rest?
In the Audit Log, all types of correspondence (notes, events, potentials, etc.) contain hyperlinked contacts or records except email communications - the most common event (for us). For email communications, rather than simply clicking the contact/record to read about it, we have to copy/paste the name into the search box, which is tiresome. Can you please fix this?

Lead Ownership
We are attempting to set leads as Private so that sales rep A cannot see the leads assigned to other reps. We followed these instructions and set leads as Private. This appeared to be working, but after a few days we tested it by logging in as Rep A and in their lead view of All Open Leads, it still lists leads assigned to other reps. Please help! What are we not setting correctly?

I am trying to edit my quote template and have found that altering the area of content boxes to be impossible and many other editing functions are not effective. I have since used Word to edit the form and then tried to paste and save a revised copy however I constantly receive the error message "Only 32000 characters are allowed in your email content." Has any one experienced this? Can anyone recomend another way of editing the quote and invoice templates effectively?

Working with Time Zones
Is there a way to sort leads to work in time zones? And, when working with times. When I assign a lead a task, lets say to call them back in one hour - It only gives me the option of that day, not time specific within that day. Is there a work-around for this? Thanks
