Can I merge the information in my contacts into the accounts? For instance if I set a contact as a prospect and set it up for Industry A cani have that same prospect status and industry type merge with the account so that I do not have to enter it again?

Without knowing what cities are near each other, is there a way in zoho to find cities that are close to one another without having to be in the area to find out. Avoid duplicates while importing
Hi there, I'm hoping to importing data into "contacts," and avoid creating duplicates (based on the customers' email addresses). Differences on Importing Potentials depending on which method I use!
I am new to Zoho and it looks great - but I have been spending too long fighting with the import. I created Campaigns. Then, imported Accounts and then Contacts using the Migrate from CRM option. That (eventually) worked fine. Then, I have tried to import my Potentials. If I import through the Migrate from CRM Option, the Potential Attaches fine to the Contact (I am prompted on import for the Contact ID field. HI i have had a long arduous emails with the support dept regarding whether the stage>edit in the below screen shot for potentials should actually work or not -nothing opens up when you click edit. For some reason support wants to have a remote session which i have no time for, and they should already know the answer to anyway, when all they need to do is check with the developers. Custom Module Related List
Because of the nature of my business i needed to change the default "Account" tab/module into my "Client" module. So I had to create a new module for my client accounts (I am a financial advisor so many times clients have more then one). I am unable to make a related list under the Client module to see the account records I created for each Client even though I linked them with the look-up function. Help!

Help...when importing data many records are skipped, even with a unique identifier.
I'm trying to import about 740 records. Each time I import I only get 221. It says that 223 are skipped and I'm not sure why. Some of the records have duplicate email addresses, hence why I created a client ID field. How do I make the Client ID field the unique identifier and not email?

Problems when importing Vcards (Missing last name)
I am having problems when importing Vcards to ZOho (Says it is missing a last name even though the last name is clearly in). This only happens when you import more than 7 Vcards. Is it possible to change the display order for related list categories? For instance, in contacts, the Open Activities is at the bottom of the page and I'd like to move this higher up in the list.
Extra blank activities in custom reports
Quick question. When I set up a custom report for activities without a filter for the Activity Owner I see the only 6 open activities currently we have in Zoho (just setting it up). See here..... The results of these settings... ###################################### ###################################### When I add a filter to this report to only show me activities with the "Account Owner" as a certain person I see a bunch of blank entries (I expected to see less entries with this filter, not more).

Reports Module showing me data that doesn't exist!
I've created several reports to provide detail on opportunities in certain stages. For example, I have one which should display multiple fields for opportunities at Stage "Qualified Lead," with a closing date between Jan1 and Sep 30 of this year. We are trialling Zoho and wondering if other organisations have used any particular way to track relationships between contacts. E.g., Zoe and John are children of Frank and Suneeta. Sometimes you want to search by the student facts (class of XX, left in year 20XX, was in Classroom A, etc) sometimes you want to search/send campaigns by the parent/guardian facts (e.g. parent from 1986 - 2002, children attended these classes etc). Not getting reports through automated email?
For the past few years we have had a 'user created' shipping repot that would automatically be emailed to all users. A few days ago that stopped. I'm not sure why but those automated emails have stopped. I am drawing a blank on where to look to check for this feature? Any assistance is appreciated.

Good day, I have a webhook which works fine. A Workflow trigger calls my web service which is on port 80. But when I put my web service on port 85 (and of course I update the Webhook to call http://myservice.com:85/myservice), it no longer works. I get "HTTP Response - 1" in the Webhooks Failures log. I am able to call up the web service on port 85 using other tools like curl , so I know it is working correctly. But Zoho CRM does not seem to call the web service on port 85. Are web services other
Problem with email plug in
I setup the plug in for email. It is setup for a Gmail account. When sending an an email from the "send email" section of account record, it works fine and invokes Gmail. When clicking on the email address which is highlighted in the top section of the account record, it invokes my Outlook mail editor. How can I change that so that it invokes my google Gmail? Slow Loading to send mail
Can you tell me why it takes so long for the email form to appear . Also, zoho is very slow loading from next function to the next contact. I clear my cache, I've checked my end, no problems here. thank you
Export to Excel for reports not working
Export to Excel for reports doesn't seem to work today. I click Export, select export to excel and nothing happens. Usually the page cycles and I get a report at the bottom of the page to open/save. Any ideas? Not working in Chrome or IE.
