Can't sign in with Outlook plugin
I've just installed the Outlook plugin for Outlook 2007. The Zoho toolbar appears correctly and I click the Sign in button. After entering the credentials, the message "Logged in succesfully" appears, but then nothing happens. I would expect the popup window to close by itself but nothing happens, and if I close the window manually, Outlook seems to be not logged in Zoho. In fact, the button Sign in is still active. Zoho Books Invoice not being created from CRM
This morning I created a Potential, and then a few minutes later, moved it to "Closed Won"...but unlike as it has happened in the past, Zoho Books does not create an invoice....I keep hitting the refresh icon, and no invoice is created. This has worked in the past...is something broken? Thanks!

Can I reactive a CRM subscription that has been deactivated?
One of my users' accounts was deactivated but should not have been. Now it will not let me reinvite that user under the same email address. Can I reactivate that account with the same email address?
Can I customize the format of a report in Zoho CRM?
I've created a number of reports without problems. But Zoho allocates way too much space on a row for some of the fields. For example, expected FTEs is never more than 3 digits, but if I export the report to a PDF Zoho leaves enough room for the entire population of the world. Est. Program Value has enough room to the left of the actual value for about 50 digits. Date fields are wide enough to fit three dates in each column. This is a ridiculous waste of space. Hello--I have been unable to generate an Activities report that captures both Calls and Events/meetings within a specific date range. I have created a custom report ("MarlenesActivityReport") that I would like for one of my sales representatives to use to generate reports on calls and meetings(logged as "Events") that she has done within a specific date range, such as the past week. It looks like Calls can be displayed in this report by setting the Filter Options field to "Call Start Time" OR Events

Entering data in parent account automatically changes data in account field
When I enter the parent account, the content of the account field change automatically to the parent account. I agree, this sounds a bit cryptical :-) Example: I create an account with account name Comp-A I create another account with account name Comp-B Go to account Comp-A and change the field parent account to Comp-B. The moment the field parent account is filled with Comp-B, the contents of the account field change to Comp-B as well. Is this a known bug in Zoho CRM?
Regarding Sheet View with Copy + Paste
Hello there again, I was using zoho sheet view today to copy and paste a description into a new description box as the old one wasn't linked with the accounts module, I was then going to hide the original description or delete it entirely if that was possible, however, I ran into an issue when I tried to copy and paste the description into description 2. Free Flow Script Editor in Zoho CRM
Is it possible to directly edit scripts for Custom Functions in Zoho CRM, or is it required to use the Script Builder. I find the Builder very difficult to use and limiting, and it is full of bugs. I get one or two pop up errors every time I open it, and it only let's me use it about 1/3rd of the time. Otherwise I have to close and reopen the window.

Hello, I have recently come in to a new company and they are using zoho. Unfortunately they have been using it all wrong and I have been tasked with upgrade our entire business to run completely on zoho. I've decided to organize all of the raw data into categories (leads, contacts, potentials, etc...) Upgrading from Free to Standard for just 1 User possible?
When I try to upgrade from Free to standard to increase the number of Leads I can store, it only offers me the option of having 2 users at $24/month. I am a one-person company and want only one user on the Standard plan. Is there a way to buy just storage or a way for one user to be on the Standard plan at $12/month? Thanks!

Export All Contact with Account Names
Trying to export all contacts without success. If I export contacts, there is a limit of 3000 so not all of them get exported. But if I do it this way, at least I get an Account Name with the contact. If I request a data backup and open the Contacts CSV, there is no column for Account Name. How can I fix this?

I am sending mass email out to my database. I have standard paid edition with 4 users. According to the Zoho site I should be able to send 1,200 emails daily per user. Why am I being stopped today at 250? How long does the quickbook sync take?
We have tried syncing three of the modules we need (contacts, invoices, products) at the same time and it takes FOREVER and then times out. Then we tried doing them one by one. We imported all three into Zoho separately. We had one invoice we needed to sync Zogo > Quickbooks to test it, did so by only syncing the invoice module but it took about ten minutes. I have not been kind to Zoho on the forums over our CRM->Quickbooks integration Nightmares. Basically I was forced to upgrade to Enterprise to make it work right (because I needed custom functions to ensure every contact has an email address and every Invoice subject is unique). I find the solution to be far from well implemented, and I let Zoho know it - however, even that wasn't easy as their engineer tried to prevent me from talking to management while discussing my issues on the phone. How to link data from different contacts?
We are a social enterprise and have many different types of "clients." We serve local Mexican artisans (which we refer to as clients), plus, tourists, professors and university students. We register each tourist's visit with dates as well as which artisans they visit. In the future, I would like to be able to do correlate a tourist and the artisan so as to update the tourist when the artisan has interesting news.. Is there a way I can run such a report between Contacts?? Thank you.

Text layout when copying and pasting from word - When I type up and layout the text information and input it then in to zoho and send as a group mass email the preferred layout and text sizes and spaces all change how can this be rectified? Any help please and Thanks P
Outlook 2010 Integration
I've installed the Outlook 64-bit plugin and it shows up as an activated Com add-in inside Outlook. I want to write and email and have it match to a contact and record to their history in Zoho. However, when I click on the Add-In menu in the message compose window. the button and text for "Send and add to Zoho CRM" is ghosted out.
Help figuring out which product to use or how to go about an issue.

Change what information is shown in searches
How do I change the columns displayed when executing a search. For example, searching for an invoice just shows invoice subject, invoice date, and due date now. When I go into an invoice and use the cog to select related list, many more columns are selected, yet they do not show up in search. Search result example:

Hi, Had a few questions. I've associated emails for all our users via Zoho Mail add on. It correctly pulls the emails under some of the contacts, but not others. I can clearly see emails that have been sent but they simply do not show up. I didn't know if there was some setting I was missing or something, odd that it would work some of the time only. can't put report in custom folder
