Shared folder notifications
Hi Zoho team, i have some folders shared within my organization, and I need that every user could be receive the notifications about the new mails shared in it. Now, the only one that receive the "new mail" notification is the receiver, directly in the folder or inside the folder; the other ones can't recognize when a new mail is incoming in the folder or the original receiver shares a new one in it. Unable to verify DKIM for Zoho mail
I have added DKIM in my DNS for my domain, omnicomm.com.my. I checked in the mxtoolbox follow video tutorial, it showing DKIM record is found but i go to my admin panel and click the verify, system is showing DKIM unable to verify. Need helps on this

I came to Zoho after leaving GMail, and one of the features I miss about GMail is having an unread label count... That is to say, I have labels set up in my account, and filters that automatically label an email as 'Newsletter' or whatever. I'd like for the UI to show me how many unread 'Newsletter' messages I have. This would allow me to triage my mail more effectively--if I have a couple of dozen or more unread messages, this would help me decide where to start. Thanks!

I would like to export a folder with 1000 mails from Zoho and import it in my gmail account...I know that I can connect with POP3 my Zoho account to gmail but in this case I think that it is not possible to transfer a specific folder from Zoho to Gmail...I think that all the emails will be shows in my Gmail inbox...Am I right?
