Microsoft Outlook 365 Cloud Mail / Zoho Integration

Receiving emails late or not at all!
Since this morning it seems I receive emails with a lot of delay or I don't receive them at all. It's quite frustrating, I am trying to register in some places but by the time I receive the emails, the activation code sent on the emails is not valid anymore.
Error when verifying the MX's, they are well configured.

I have lost my archived folders
I don't see my archived folder and so most of my emails! When I look in the "Preferences" I can see that my email account had more than 1000 MBy but I can see only few emails, essentially those that were not archived! Can you help!?!

Hi, I have tried zoho mail for a while and I am not satisfied with the service. I have now set up a google apps account and tried to migrate all my emails from zoho to my google apps email account. No way to log out of Zoho Mail
I've just opened a Zoho account. Using the mail service. I see the sample page on the log in page - the e-mail is on the top, to the left of the "settings/help" and other icons on the top right. I don't have that - I just have a red "Enable Mailhosting" link. Nor do I have a picture/icon on the very right of that row.
