A form on my website is set up to send to me at info@openini.lt. The forms are not coming through. How do I whitelist the IP address/host so that it doesn’t get blocked?? Zoho mail : Major *GOTCHA* regarding 'archive'
On most email servers marking an email as 'archived' sends it to a specific folder on the server called 'archive'. In the Zoho implementation, apparently each individual folder has a hidden 'archive'. Deleting that specific folder deletes apparently all the mail in the associated/attached 'archive' of that specific folder. One of the mail users incoming / outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see incoming / outgoing disabled in red. When I try and enable it, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. gerardo@acresdeamor.org is the email address.

DNS Management
I am SO frustrated! I am trying to connect my domain to Wix and now I am not able to receive emails nor connect to Wix. I followed the instructions step by step and for about 2 days everything was working. Once I added another mailbox to my Zoho Mail then that's when everything stopped working. Is there any way to set my DNS settings back to the default settings so that I can start all over? Is there any free support available to check my DNS settings for me and set it back to the default settings?

I constantly check the accounts of my users and they are by 4GB / 5GB but today in a few hours they reached 6GB and the incoming mail was blocked. My mail is @smartup.com.mx what should i do?
