Zoho mail not working due to SPF issue - cannot receive emails
Dear Concern, I have configured zoho email with my hosting provider's cPanel since 2 months, it has been working fine. Although we have not made changes in zoho mail cPanel or hosting panel settings, not in domain control panel. Today we cannot receive any email; and notifications are displayed in zoho mail. Hi guys, I recently changed my domain provider and used the same mx configuration but I cannot send emails. Do I need to verify my domain again and set this up in the new domain settings? If so how do I do this? Thanks

I used to have a personal Zoho acct, but ended up being locked out, and didn't know how to contact a person I could communicate with about. Can someone here help me find out how to start all over - or how to re-access my previous acct? I don't want a business acct, but when I type zoho.com, it takes me directly to the business site. I cannot access my calendar. I click on the calendar tab on the left hand side, and the green box at the top changes to "New Event" but the remainder of the page stays on the Mail page. See attachment.

MX & SPF not responging
Hi everyone, I need help with this. I already placed the MX & SPF records on my cloudflare DNS manager. Double checked everything, and yes it matched the values given by Zoho. The weird thing is, at my Zoho mail, theirs an error that tells me I did not. I tried to send email to my Zoho mail from my gmail and I am not receiving that mail. I did some test on DNSstuff.com and received this error: SMTP greeting Malformed greeting or no A records found matching banner text for following servers, and banner is not an address literal. RFC5321 requires one or the other (should not be a CNAME). I can only print the first page of e-mails. What is up with that? I've tried PDF-ing them, but it still only pdf's the first page.

Just as the title says. I have a wonky keyboard at the moment and sometimes it will jump back and delete text on its own. When I try to retrieve a draft, there's nothing in the Drafts folder. What happened?
