I have the "domain exists" error for a domain I just registered. If I log in with the number I used to verify, I go straight to my inbox (no option to resend verification code). The domain is allseasonsmicrogreens.com. The domain is newly registered, and when i click on Enable Mailhosting, and input the domain I get "* This domain is already associated with this account "*****27"."
Not all emails show up in Outlook, but they are visible in Zoho mail.
One of our users noticed that not all emails are synced to his Outlook. Through the web interface all emails are visible. We tried updating all software and reboot the system. Are there settings that should be changed? Thanks

DKIM VERIFICATION FAIL DESPITE ALL INSTRUCTIONS
Hi everyone, my DKIM verification keeps failing again and again. This has been going on since over a week now. I am DESPERATE. I followed all instructions, all recommendations and tips but it still won't work. My SPF verification was successful. I already contacted the support but the advises I get are not helpful. I'm also getting this "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho" I was trying to verify my number then I realized i put in the wrong number (wrong digit) and I backed out of verifcation for the number to re-input my correct mobile number and now it says this. bateslab.com is my domain.
Not all emails in category being added
I've setup a category in mail that has about 38 contacts. When I goto reference the category I get about 14 emails that only come up. Why is this happening?

Problem with downloading attach files.
Hello, I am having problems with attachment on mails of zoho. If i attach a file for example an excel file .XLSX if i try to download the same file, the download box gave me a "FileDownload" with extension DOCX, as shown at the screenshot This is happening to every mail that i have, in every pc. Problem in getting emails to recipient's inbox
I am facing problem in getting my emails to recipient's inbox to those who have Gmail or qq.com email. My dkin and spf are properly updated in DNS RECORDS. Its a huge inconvenience and solution provided by zohomail support is to ask recipient to add my email as NOT A SPAM.. which is kinda unprofessional.. this is not why we have chosen Zoho over any other webmail. Do fix it asap

We are not able to send or receive emails from Zoho mail. When sending email it says that it is sent, but does not appear in sent folder, and is not received by the intended reciever. Also incoming mail is not being received. We've tested sending mail between Zoho accounts and to a Zoho account from an external account and neither have been received.
