Too much spam in Inbox
Hi, about 2 weeks ago, new set of spams are delivered to our mailboxes, approximatelly 15-30spams/day. Is it possible to update the spam filter to fix this? Regards, Jiri

Hi , I am trying to add zoho cname record in my DNS records but I am getting error. My DNS records are in myorderbox.com when adding new CName record I could see like hostname: zb***.mydomainname.com value: fully qualified domain name TTL:3400 (min) Please suggest solution
SPF Record Not Recognised
I have the Zoho SPF records to our DNS settings but I still get a warning in Zoho that "SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho" The SPF records appear to be added correctly. See here: Any ideas?

Multiple email received when using Outlook 2016
We have some issue that when a user send emails all recipient receives multiple email. Do not know if there is any setting that we could check with Outlook, Zoho or perhaps it is due to our internet connection.

Estoy intentando crear una nueva cuenta de correo para mi dominio y a la hora de darle a Aceptar o Crear me tirar el error: "PP111: Se produjo un error interno". Enhancement ideas to spam filter
Spam filter is very limited at the moment. Therefore I would like to propose that some improvements are done to make it work better. What I would like to do: - Block certain top level domains completely, such as .eu, .in, .mobi, etc... I can't figure out way to do it now. - Block domain names, which are fully numeric. 00003333.com for example. - Block emails with a subject or body containing black listed words I don't want to see these emails in Spam folder, just delete completely before arriving

SPF Configuration in Hostgator
when I go to add the SPF on my Hostgator CPANEL , I go to Advanced DNS> then select my domain and then Add a Record TXT Then I have to add NAME when I put @ i get a error. A zone name must be a domain name, and can include a period at the end. What do I put in the field and the other fields. TTL and txtdata

Hi - I've got Thunderbird on two computers using IMAP to read a Zoho email. If one of them reads email and downloads it to the computer, the other computer will not download the same email. Is there a setting to avoid this problem?

Hello together, is it possible to share only specific emails with colleagues? Sample: My provider is googlemail. I send an eMail with my googlemail account to one saved contact. This Email (AND the answer-email) will be displayed in contacts details at chapter 'Emails'. But this specific Email is confidential and I do not want to be shared. Is this possible?

Can't add a new user
Hi. In Control Panel -> User Details I have registered 3 users in addition to the primary account. All of them can receive and send mails. However I'm trying to create a user asesorias@meta7.com.mx and I get an error message: "The user is already invited". If I go to the Invitation list the user has a "Pending" status. Why this user was invited instead of created? I don't have a way to use that email. For that reason I can't accept the "invitation". Please check my 2 attached images for better understand.

Emails not coming through after full storage

We are currently thinking about using Zoho Recruit for our company, however we are missing the IMAP Email integration, which is absolutely crucial for us. I´ve seen several posts regarding this topic, where you promise a solution. Is there a waterproof deadline for the release of this function? If not, we will unfortunately be forced to choose an alternative option to Zoho recruit.
