Locked out of Admin Account - Account is Inactive?
Hello Zoho Team, I am locked out of my management@lagaviotatropical.com account. When I go to reset the password, it says "Account is inactive." The forwarding is still working for now, but I need to get back in to make sure the account doesn't close down. Can you reset the password and send it to me?

Mail in streams
I have 2 groups setup. 1 for my bills and another for voicemails from my home number. There are two people on each group. the bills was setup almost a year ago. the mail that is sent to it is in the streams. it works fine. I have setup the voicemail one a few weeks ago but the mail is being sent to it and going to the users BUT not staying in the streams. how can I fix this. I have compared both groups and their settings and they are exactly the same. Am I missing something?

Unable to connect to messaging server.
Folks, I am seeing the error message of "Unable to connect to messaging server." when I am using Zoho mail in my web browser. (Safari/Mac OS X). Access to the same account from my phone seems to work normally. I've tried restarting my computer. The page itself will load normally, and I can refresh my page, and that will show new messages. In looking at the JavaScript debug window, it appears that it is calls to: https://wms.zoho.com/register Which are timing out after the page initially loads.

Account is Inactive
As with a few others in this forum. My original account for my business email is supposedly inactive. Which I have been using the account for important business proposals up until it went inactive a few days ago. The other problem is that it is the admin account holder and I need it to recreate another info account for the company website. Is there any quick way to fix this? OUTGOING DISABLE
A user under my domain criacao@iberika(dot)com(dot)br tried to send an email to our clients and his account got the " Outgoing enabled" option disabled. I, as the administrator, tried to enable outgoings but I got an error stating that I have to be a paid user to do so. How do I enable this user to send mails again? Tks Alexandre

How do you remove the "reply to" option in email? I seem to have managed to set up an option whereby every time I compose a new email there is the option to have the recipient reply to a different email to my ZoHo one, which I don't want. I have to click the drop down arrow and select my ZoHo email every time, so I want to remove this option, but cannot find out how to do it anywhere.....

Does sending 10 emails to Craigslist for gigs (that describe my service) constitute outgoing SMTP Blocking? My email was blocked last night w/o warning and I've never had this happen. Hi I am having serious issues with my Zoho Email Account after changing the new interface. I can login but in next two seconds im having this attached msgs. What shell i do now. Hi I have recently register the domain www.wonwikholdings.com. But every time it said the verification code is wrong. See the below image. I have did a resend, checked with two other mobile phone numbers. But no luck. And I have send the Zoho Support an email. But no reply from two days now. Not receiving mails on my Zohomail account
My website is made on WordPress and I use the Contact Form 7 plugin to create the contact form on the contact page. Whenever someone sends an inquiry the form submits successfully but I do not receive any emails, I have done all the necessary setting, Everything looks good from my Zohomail account, I installed Easy Wp SMTP , This is the error msg i keep on getting SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting Is there any setting that i am missing?
