Sent mail going to Spam
Emails we send from Zoho are frequently going to the recipients spam box. These are not marketing emails or emails with graphic. It's regular plain text emails that are being directed to recipients spam box. Has anyone else had the problem? If yes, how did you resolve it? Thanks
Need access to Super Admin Account, dont' have user and pass

An employee that created a super admin account for a client has left and we don't have access to that account, only the user accounts. This is for www.loveivy.com. Not receiving verification text
Hello, I have the same problem. I have added my domain "claduanas.com" and received the verification code but it is not verified and I am not able to login to the account. I face with this error This domain is already associated with this account "*****36". Sign in. When I try to Sign in, again shows me another error which says Please enter valid Email/Mobile. I'm setting up Zoho Mail for our company, (so Zoho will hande mail @4roadservice.com). I started setting it up with my Zoho account, then realized I should probably set it up with the same account as owns our Zoho CRM organization,so I deleted the Zoho Mail org that I had set up with my account, then logged in as my partner, created an organization, validated the domain, and started setting things up. Hi all, Our domain is symsoluciones.com. Working as admin in the control panel: When I try to add the email account "cesarmedina@symsoluciones.com" and "felixsolis@symsoluciones.com" I get the error: "The data you have entered already exists" The accounts in mention, were created and eliminated, but I do not know continue to appear as existing. ERR Service unavailable for more than 1 day due to POP3 1 Gb traffic limitation
Unfortunately - after re-installing the MS Widnows and consequently MS Outlook (of course - with further use of the existing data file with local folders) it always starts receiving (downloading) the whole mailbox independently on the existing (already received before re-installation) messages. Signature Line Spacing On Replies
When sending email, my signature looks just fine however, when getting replies i can see that the line spacing has changed and I am not sure why. It has to be due to the way the HTML is done underneath the signature itself and how its interpreted by different email systems. Other signatures I have through systems like office 365 do not have this problem.
