550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit. Use the link mail.zoho.com/UnblockMe to unblock My email address, alice@cncworkshop.co.za is not working. It says my account is blocked because I have exceeded my limit however I have only used 5% of my allowance. When I look at my blocked accounts on my control panel it says none of them are blocked I have tried logging 2 faults already, please could someone urgently unblock my account Thank you
Out of Office for multiple emails on one account
Hi Looking for some advice/guidance if possible. I have a few different email addresses (i.e. hello@... Contact@... etc) through my Zoho mail account and I would like to sent up an automated Out Of Office Reply that will respond to emails incoming to all of those addresses as they all come to a single inbox. I have worked through the panel for setting the out of office responder and can only seem to get it to work for one single email address (the main one, i.e. name@...) and not all of them simultaneously

Hi, I have a Zoho account which has been working fine until this morning, when I couldn 't log into my account. I just keep getting a message telling me that there is no mail account. Today we use this email to send emails to the press and because of this the activity of the email may appear suspicious. I would like to confirm that it is all correct. Newb that needs help please. I've been using zoho for my mail for quite some time. I have several emails but I (misspelled one ). It of course works just fine but I need to correct it so I don't appear to be that dumb. so I followed the instructions here https://help.zoho.com/portal/helpcenter/articles/how-to-change-the-primary-email-address-in-zoho-26-9-2015 It seems to work except it seems that you have to verify the new email before you can use it ....so I'm lost. Undeliverable messages without any further information
We sent out some emails and a number of them bounced back as "Undeliverable" from "System Administrator" (X-ZohoMail-Sender: "System Administrator") but without any further details as to why the messages were undeliverable. Can someone please investigate and report back to us if there is a problem and if so what it is. Thank you.

Hi, I am not able to login into my zoho account using the primary email i.e. sales @ airosportswear.com. I am getting Invalid email address error while the same account is accessible through secondary email id i.e. ukss.server @ gmail.com It stopped working in recent time because I was abIe to login using primary email address few days back. Deleting SuperAdmin Email?
I changed the default email for my super admin account. The other email has become a secondary email, but I want to delete it. How do I go about doing that??? Do I have to close the account, and sign up for zoho again? (I don't want to do that.) It used to be the super admin email, but now I don't need it. I am trying to configure an IMAP client on my zoho.com account. When I try to input 993 for the inbound server (SSL), the error msg says only 995 is supported. In that case, IMAP is not supported with SSL ? Thanks, Doug

I told my company that we should use ZOHO Mail. Now I'm in trouble because my accounting department cant send end of month invoices. Please, can you look into this urgently? I understand blocking someone from sending spam but software like Pastel will send to all clients and might look like spam. How can this be used for business if you block emails like this that bring money into our company? I'm very confused at your limitations on accounts. Can we please pay so that this one email for accounts

Compose email?
I am brand new and cannot find any functions that help me to send emails. There is an icon for "New Note" but that's all. There is no email recipient address field for that function so I can deduce that is not it. I took a tour and saw on an example that there were icons on the far right hand side that had a pencil so I am thinking that might be the compose function but I do not have it. Any suggestions? Hi! At first many thanks for your great ZOHO. It is amazing. Unfortunately today we can't send emails from palmali@palmali.com.ru due to "5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit." Could you please unblock us, because we don't make mass email sending - only few business emails (abt 10 per day, with max 6 recepients in each). Also pls note that link "https://mail.zoho.com/UnblockMe" doesn't work. In order to prevent such problems in future, if it is possible please describe the reason, why this was happened
