Email connection with my own domain
I've been trying for the last few days every email client I could find to get a stable connection with server imappro.zoho.com, and finally it occurred to me it might be the server's fault. I'm using iMac on Sierra. With every mail client, everything looks fine after the setup, I'm getting emails sent out, and receiving emails fine. Group Emails - Resend membership confirmation
We are migrating to Zoho and have several groups with external members. Since we can't automatically join external members, is there a way to resend the confirmation emails? I've already emailed the list members saying "Don't delete the Zoho emails and click the confirmation link." We cannot finish our migration to Zoho until all the members are active in their respective groups.

Domain associated with another account
Hie tried to register a mail for a new domain, sms authentication failed deleted the account to attempt to re-register BUT account still associated with the old telephone number. Now cant login (as I closed the account i can an invalid email address error) and cant create a new account as the domain is still associated with the closed account. Help!

I've tried using the troubleshooting tool in control panel to unlock it, but it says to contact support. I've emailed support on Friday (for an account), and earlier today (for another account), but I have not heard back yet. hi can somebody tell me where the mail migration tab is, I looked at control panel but no sign of it. has this been removed.
Emails won't open - stuck on "loading...."

Constant warnings about unconfigured SPF
For the last few weeks we have been getting regular errors and warnings about SPF entries not configured to match Zoho for our onny.io addresses. Can I set up my email as Exchange email accounts?
I am thinking of bringing over basically everything to ZOHO, starting with mail first. Currently my 3 domain email accounts remain as regular IMAP accounts. i would like them a bit more secure and synced as Exchange accounts and letting ZOHO do my hosting as well. My question is - once I sign up my domain within your mail program, is there an option to them convert my accounts from IMAP to Exchange accounts? Or should I set them up at Microsoft.com first as Exchange accounts. I am confused here -

Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked Your abuse control team is too slow. I've been out of business, unable to reply to my customers for nearly a week. Please get on top of this. No good deed goes unpunished. I simply reported (forwarded) a series of phishing scam emails to the FTC at spam@uce.gov and I'm the one that gets flagged for abuse. If everyone would take the time to report these scams to the FTC the internet would be a better place.
