Reactivated an old domain (www.prontotally.com) with GoDaddy and tried to connect it back with my current email djfuren@prontotally.com been at it for like 4hours still can't seem to get mail to go through. Deleted old account twice to obtain new zbcode and everything looks about right e.g verified, mx records, cname etc. all in order. But mail just wont go through. HELP PLEASE!

Hello Zoho team, one of my team member is not able to send mails to dave@robertsresources.com.au but he is able to receive emails from dave@robertsresources.com.au, When we reply back to that ID we get the error code as shown below. "INVALID_ADDRESS,ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Host 135.84.80.217 is listed in dnsbl.sorbs.net. See http://www.sorbs.net" But the user ID dave@robertsresources.com.au is able to receive emails from other users and outside also. Please try to resolve this issue ASAP.
Hotmail Migration
I setup hotmail migration with proper credentials (using both pop and imap) and it says invalid credentials. I have the same setup on a computer and it works (both imap and pop3). Can someone help? I would like to import 1000 emails I have in hotmail into my zoho new account. BestRegards

On Thursday 2/9 my account was hacked and a bunch of Spam was sent with the title line " Let us make your personal life great again". I changed my account password on Thursday when I saw it happening. On Sunday 2/12 I sent emails to support@zohomail.com, abuse@zohocorp.com My account is unable to send any email

disappearing outgoing messages
I have sent messages to people @Rivier.edu which seem to get lost. They do not bounce and the IT people at Rivier University can find no trace of them. I have no trouble sending to any other addresses. Messages that I send via Gmail get through just fine.

Hi I'm using Apple Mail on Mac OS 10.11.4. I can't send emails because Mail says my SMTP server is offline. I have double-checked my password with Keychain Access, then opened Edit SMTP Server List. It reads Port 587, Use SSL, Authentication: Password — but the Password field is blank. I input the password shown in Keychain Access for smtp://smtp.zoho.com:587 and the Accounts panel reverts to 'Outgoing SMTP Server: fotoLibra (Offline)'. It won't accept the password. Please help! Msync ask always password
Hi, since few hours my Outlook client is asking me to edit the password (I do it correctly) but it always deny it. I suppose there's a problem with your Msync (msyn.zoho.com) coz my mails arrive on Zoho server. And then, Zoho Mail ask me again yo solve the SPF record!!!!! What's happening? Max
Read mail shows up unread on other device.
Most people here seem to have the opposite problem. Well, in any case, I read my mail, let's say on the laptop, and it turns unread. So far so good. I go to my iPad where I use AltaMail to read emails, and all the Zoho mails show up as New Mail, even though I have read them. Any suggestions? Furthermore, the emails that I send also show up in the AltaMail Inbox as unread new mail. And no, this is not an AltaMail issue, because my GMX mail account works just fine. I suppose I need to tweak some settings

Not receiving all of my emails.
Good day, Recently I have not been receiving several emails. Most of these emails should be generated by my website but I also discovered that I am not receiving them from the hosting company as well. Mail groups and sorting
Hello, I have recently added some groups to my email setup. I am now part of 4 groups for my email plan. Is there a way to sort these emails properly? Like by adding an email from group one to a folder called group one, or adding a prefix to all emails from group one? Meaning if someone sends an email to support, a support prefix will be added to the subject OR the email will be moved to a support folder that I have under my personal email. Is this possible? SPF failures - zoho problem?
There seems to be a problem with Zoho verifying the SPF records (Received-SPF: SoftFail (zoho.eu: domain of transitioning xx@yy does not designate xx.xx.xx.xx as permitted sender ). The SPF verification to other providers (e.g. Google) gives valid SPF check. Anybody else having the same problem?
