Hello: I have been white-listing and black-listing domains and email addresses as I go along. I've been noticing that some white-listed domains (e.g. example.com) are still going to my SPAM box. The same is true for some black-listed domains. Why is this happening? Thanks!
Closing Account
Hi I tried to close and delete my account as per instructions. Here are the steps I followed: 1. Deleted the domain associated 2. Deleted the organization that was associated 3. By mistake I created another organization called testing 4. After that i tried to delete the testing organization but am simply getting an account not active page (screenshot attached) 5. When i tried to go to my account and close the same, it said first delete the testing organization Please delete the entire account completely

I follow the guide to configure spf for my zoho mail and my hosting is Hostgator. I created a txt record in but it won't allow me to put '@' in hostname. Is there anything I can put beside it?

Can't delete an invitation
I've created an invitation by mistake thinking I was creating a new user/email. I've deleted the invitation and when I tried to add the user/email the system tells me that there is an invitation sent. In the list of invitations there it is again, so I can't use this email. How can I resolve that? Thanks!

How can I turn off the spam filter in my email?
I am new to Zoho and not all that technically savvy. I am using Zoho email to receive emails from people responding to an advert and to follow up on the enquiries. Nearly every single email I receive is going into spam. The only instruction I can find talks about white lists and black lists which are useless to me as I don't know who will be emailing me. I can't find any other instructions on how to manage the spam filter. I am perfectly happy stopping the filter all together if that is the easiest

Cannot send email
I cannot send email or respond to an email. I get an error message back or it says it cannot use the server or whatever. How did this service get rated number 5 in a top ten list? I see many people complaining of the same issue.
