Hi Team, I'm unable to send emails from "eejiofor@standpointng.com", whenever i try sending a mail, this message "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked Zoho mail" pops up. However all other emails send emails successfully.

My POP access keeps being blocked (I am on a Premium account)
Hello, I keep getting my POP access blocked (see attached). The message is: Your POP access has been blocked due to excessive usage. Use this link to unblock your account. I click the link in the email which fixes the problem temporarily, but within 1 hour the problem is back! I don't know why this keeps happening - I cannot find answer online. I am on a premium account (paying $99 per user per year). I contacted Zoho but nobody responds. Can someone please help!

Hi Zoho Team, I have strictly followed zoho mail's instructions on how to configure SPF on my Godaddy hosted Domain (gme.services). I verified the status with mxtoolbox and everything seems fine, however, at the status page it is still mentioning that SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho. I have attempted to setup email for ecomactive.com. Now a) we used an email address on the domain xxx@ecomactive.com and a phone number for verification. The check code arrived as a text and all was good, as we proceeded to setup, it would not. Now every time attempt to register it ask us to provide the mobile number, as we proceed it states that it can not find that number, although it gives us a hint to the last 2 digits on the phone??

Years ago I set up a free Zoho mail account with a "Primary Mail ID" that no longer exists. Later I set up a free Zoho account for a non-profit organization using my only existing non-Zoho email address as "Primary". How to I get Zoho Mail to allow both of these Zoho accounts to be associated with my only non-Zoho email address? Is the only option to stop using Zoho and use another email service provider for one of these accounts? I could possibly upgrade my personal email account to a paid Zoho

If we do the procedure you tell us, we can not click because we do not get any links, the problem is different. Delay in opening attachments
Hi, One of our users is having issues in opening attachments on their email account. The view option takes forever to load regardless of the document type, they keep seeing the loading screen. There is no issue with their internet connection nor is there a browser issue as we have confirmed via different browsers that the issue persists. It is the same on a mobile browser, any type of attachment takes forever to load in the view panel.
