can't delete user
I am trying to cancel my account and am following the instructions to delete domain (done) and delete organziation, It won't let me delete organziation until users are all deleted. When I go to USER DETAILS and try to delete accounts, I am unable to delete the accounts (one if superuser, one is not). I click the check box for the user and hit the delete button, it gives me the warning and asks for the password, but then the account is still there and I can not move forward to deleting the organization.

I just sent out an urgent newsletter email to my clients and received a notification indicating that 12 emails were delayed (all of them were *@hotmail.com and *@live.com addresses). My husband had this happen last night as well when trying to send an email to a *@hotmail.com address. Cannot enable outgoing mail
I have an account which stopped working. Upon investigating I have found that "outgoing disabled" is displayed on the account page. When clicking to re-enable I get the message "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only". This account did work last month and we are below our user limit. Is there a policy change or is this a bug?

Blocked due too many IMAP connections
I am suddenly getting an error that - too many IMAP server connections and the following error message when I try to access my account from MS Outlook. This is the first time this is happening. Microsoft Outlook for Mac - No subject headers (transfer encoding)
I am thinking of switching from Apple Mail to Outlook for Mac. Issue Setting Up New Account
Hi, We are having a slight challenge setting up a new mail hosting account for our domain smartfedha.co.ke, the System requires a Phone number to facilitate verification through input of a validation code, the problem is the System Admin is out of country while roaming and input the phone number however the Zoho System picked the last digits of the number and added the Country Code of the (country the Admin is visiting) instead of the home country.Hence the SMS Code has been sent to another number

How do I label public group emails?
How do I label public group emails? For example, if someone sends an email to my support group, all the members of that group will receive the email. If a member responds to that email, the other members of that group would not / can not see/know that. So is there a way to tag/label emails or something so an email isn't answered by different people as a result of people not being aware that someone already answered it?

Unable to log in using Internet Explorer 11
I am unable to log into my email on Internet Explorer 11. I get the log in page, but after logging in, I get the "Take Control of Your Inbox" website, with a "Access Zoho Mail" in the upper right corner. When I click on that, it recycles to the same page. I am able to log in using Google Chrome, but it's very inconvenient.
