How do I access user e-mails through webmail?
Hi Zoho I've just signed up top Zoho, and am awaiting the sorting-out of the MX records. I realise that there are a few pieces that need to be put into place yet; but I thought I'd ask this anyway. I am able to access the inbox for the main admin user on my account through Zoho webmail (and can of course send e-mails, because the MX records don't affect that); but how will I be able to access the inboxes of the two other users I have set up? Will I have to do that through an e-mail client rather
iOS certificate problem

Unable to receive emails
Hi, I have successfully setup the mail account and changes the MX record as per the ZOHO guide. Even the MX tool box shows the Zoho MX. I can send emails and it delivered to my gmail, but I cannot receive emails to my ZOHO inbox. What is the problem?? My domain is houztrends.com. Thank you.

Probleum with account
I signed up with Zoho account and also configured a domain. But then I logged out and logged back to my account and my domain is not in my account. When I tried re-adding domain it says domain already exists. Same is with my mobile number, it asked for my mobile number when I added it says numbers is invalid or already used. What the heck is this. Please solve this problem.
How do I label public group emails?
How do I label public group emails? For example. If someone sends an email to my support group, the email gets sent to all the members, if 1 member responds to that email, is there a way to notify the other members the email is being responded to? I tried tags but those only work for your own email and nobody else can see them.
Zoho mail disappearing in Outlook 2016 set up with Exchange ActiveSync
None of the emails in my Zoho Mail account show up anymore in Outlook 2016 for Windows. Outlook is setup to sync with zoho mail via Exchange Active Sync. This worked until a few days ago. What happened and how do I fix it?

Hi, I've already gotten my domain verified and edited the MX settings into DNS so that i can use zohomail with my domain. I could send it out email, but I couldn't receive it any. Hi I cannot add the following users because they are already in use :( I'm trying to add a new domain but it says these emails are already in use holden@autocarcredit.com sam@autocarcredit.com I think they may have been used as a secondary email for other domains in the past but I own autocarcredit.com and want to use those domains under my account. Unable to open emails
Can see new emails but not open them on laptop. Works fine on mobile. I have tried this with a couple of browsers (Chrome/Safari) and still no use.

2 inboxes in same account outlook 2016
Hello, I have set up my mailbox in outlook 2016. Now when I open Outlook I have the folder "inbox" and "Postvak In". Postvak In is dutch for inbox and my mail client is English. How can I make sure that I will only have 1 inbox? The content of both folders are the same and get synchronised from the server.

Deleting emails does not seem to reduce my storage usage
Hello - I received an 85% warning on one of my addresses (using IMAP) and when I deleted e-mails (from my Mac Mail client) and emptied trash, the % usage on the Zoho control panel stayed the same. Corporate mails added not shown on display
Hello I have an issue with mail when I try to send email using corporate added mails. The FROM display box appears empty showing no other mail available accounts options than the main one. The mail only allows to send from main address which is personal. I have correctly configured and confirmed 2 other ones. Hello, My Zoho email will not send all day today. It just says: Unable to send message; without an error code. Please advise on what I should do and how I can get this to work again please.
Can't connect to Gmail server
