Not able to get past the security measure!
Hi, I signed up on zoho to make a customised Email Address. However, it asks me to enter my Phone Number to sync my phone number with the account for security purposes. When I enter my Mobile Number and Password, it keeps returning the message 'invalid password' due to which I am not able to send code to my phone and move further in the process of creating my Email address. GMAIL Problems
We are having issues sending emails to GMAIL from our domain which is hosted by Zoho. We have checked with MXToolbox and we are clean. Some gmail users that we send individual messages to directly are not receiving them. We do not receive any return message for spam, etc. Some gmail accounts go through. Hello I would like my users to give a try the zoho mail as an alternative option before moving completely. How can I set Dual Email Delivery without changing our MX records on a CentOS WHM/cPanel server? I read the info at https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/configure-dual-delivery.html#alink1 but I can't see any option for WHM/cPanel neither can I see any options at "Configure Email Delivery" in my zoho mail control panel regarding dual delivery. Can't create account - says account already created
I am trying to set up a new users for myself in Zoho and when I try to do so it say account already exists. But it doesn't. I created the original account with for example info@mydomain.com but entered my actual name under first and last name. Now I'm trying to make an account for my first name but it won't let me. I went back in to the info@ account and changed the name associated with it thinking this would work but it was a no go. How do I fix it? I can't even delete info@mydomain.com now. Frustrating

Now when i try to register the domain get the message "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho", I tried to login with phone number and password, but I get message Invalid Phone Number (I used that phone number to register other domains). How long are messages saved with Zoho and how much space is used if messages are Archived?
I really have two questions. The first is how long are messages saved before the older ones are deleted (or is that just an issue if space is needed). The second question, if emails are archived, how much space is that worth and how long would those messages be kept?

IMAP Blocked Due To Excess Use
I cannot find my original post, I assumed it was removed! Anyway, I asked about the IMAP server blocking me every so often when I run outlook filters. How can I work with these limitations, I think its time to look at another email service provider.

Getting "550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit" error. Go to mail.zoho.com/UnblockMe and it says "There are no blocks in this account currently." Admin "Control Panel>Mail Administration>Troubleshoot>Blocked Accounts" panel agrees that there are no blocks. Still get error when I send mail.
