Outlook 2013 IMAP not syncing new emails
For some reason, the IMAP account I have set up in my Outlook 2013 doesn't update new emails. Even forcing it to "send / receive emails" doesn't result in any new emails appearing in the inbox. If I log into my webmail, I can see the emails sitting there, so not sure why they don't appear in outlook. If I can't fix this, obviously I can't use the email system going forwards. Thanks.

Hi, on the 18/11 I started creating a businness email account for the domain vengenharia.com.br. However, by reporting the SMS verification code, the site reported an error and instructed it to try again later. However, now when you try to restart the process it reports the following error message: "This domain is already associated with this account" ***** 00. "Sign in" How can we solve this problem?

Constant Contact / HTML Formatted Email
Hello, We have an issue with certain HTML-formatted emails received into Zoho Webmail. In this case, emails are from Constant Contact mail marketing are not displaying correctly. They display perfectly in Gmail, but in Zoho there are artifacts, transformations, and layout flaws. Our biggest concern is the malformed links near the header and footer. They don't display as a link and instead show as a plain string of the link href value. I've attached a Gmail and Zoho print of the rendered message.
White List in Spam Control
I wrote this suggestion some long time back but it hasn't yet been implemented despite assurance it would be. My understanding is that there's the regular spam filter in Zoho Mail and there's also the Spam Control tab in the Control Panel that has separate settings for SPF DKIM, DNSBLE etc. And I believe one happens before the other, but I can't recall which is which or the impact of that. My issue is that when I White List someone in Spam Control they should simply be forever white-listed. But

Cannot create email again after deleting my old account
I created a user under my account dmvestudio.com in zoho mail. So, I got lost in setting up a new email account, and I decided to cancel that account to create another account. IMAP Temporarily Blocked in Thunderbird on a regular basis
I'm hoping someone can tell me why this is happening and give me a fix for it. This happens randomly within Thunderbird. Sometimes it doesn't happen all day; sometimes it happens as soon as I launch Thunderbird in the morning. Generally if I just ignore the error it will start working normally within 5-10 minutes. I'm generally only accessing the mail assigned to my Zoho account via my computer but occasionally through my phone as well. I certainly wouldn't have more than 2 simultaneous connections

Email Accounts Now Missing in the Organization
My Client tried to send an email to their Milton Speed Skating Group last night. He indicated that they were blocked from sending. When I went in to take a look this morning, the email addresses are now gone and it looks like I am required to create the email addresses again. Cannot retrieve mail
Earlier this morning I posted this question as well, but I cannot find it back, so i assume something went wrong. Recently we moved to Zoho mail, because of additional security. I have to admit that # of spam mails is less. However, it happens quite frequently that i cannot retrieve mails (see picture below). Using my Ipad I have the same problem and now for at least 3 days I do not get new mails on my Android phone. This is quite frustrating and annoying. Please can you assist to solve this problem.
