Hey When i try it from my different email (office365), everything woks perfect. So host IS reachable. And this didnt happen for first time. My other account hosted on zoho tells same error. So it is global problem. Please can you fix it asap? Because zoho is losing its credibility. I dont want to use service, which i can not trust. I do not understand my I cannot use my mail. Every time I go there I get an accountl not active message. This is so not cool and it is very irritating. Incoming disabled bug
Hello, I got this problem with two accounts. I disabled the accounts and when i enabled them. this problem started. now their incoming is disabled and when i click to enable i get "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only." error already wrote to support last day but no reply. kindly fix the problem and enable incoming. Hotmail Problems
Hi, I'm having problems receiving mail from a hotmail account, any other mail seems to be ok. They can send mail through gmail and that arrives, but nothing from hotmail. If they send to anybody else it works fine, it's just me. This problem started 3 days ago. Is this a problem with Zoho ? Any ideas?

sending mail via browser auto sends copy to my inbox as well as sent box
When I send an email from my browser, a copy goes in sent as expected, but I also get a copy sent to myself. Any way to stop that?

I've used google mail for years, and just migrated to zoho yesterday with a domain i bought. I love it, great product, lots of features. One thing that i cant get working yet is postfix on my home Ubuntu 12.04 server. I had gmail set up on it, and it worked great. I use it to send me alerts from the server. Unable to manage domain: stuck at step "Add Mobile Number"
When trying to configure Zoho mail, I'm redirected to the page "Add Mobile Number As a security measure, you need to link your phone number with this account and verify it to proceed further." I'm not able to enter a phone number at this step. The form never accepts my phone number / password. How can I proceed ?
