Unable to Migrate Emails from GoDaddy to Zoho
Hi, I'm facing issue during migrating my emails from GoDaddy to Zoho. I'm using Zoho's migration tool (IMAP settings) and during the process it always says "No data found for this account" and after sometime migration fails. Can you please help me with this? Thanks.
System labels and filters cannot be disabled
Now that I accidentally enabled the "smart filtering", how can I get rid of the smart rules and system labels? Only, please don't tell me this is impossible and this is "not on your roadmap in the nearest 20 years" :)

Possible improvement to the spf record check.
How about treating "PermError SPF Permanent Error" as an independent spam check. It is often caused by errors in the spf record at the option level. Such as someone leaving an ip4: entry without and address, while this makes the option invalid the rest of the options may al work as intended. Most mail servers do not seem to view this as a hard error and so do not place emails into Quarantine. Also a few of the web based spf checkers do not report this as an issue which will mean that many part time

ActiveSync in iPad Outlook Fails
I have an iPad Air 2 that I use Outlook for email. When I setup my Zoho-hosted mail to use Exchange Sync, Outlook indicates the username/password is incorrect and will not configure the account. Hi This problem is not just happening to me, it also occurs for some of my clients. Whenever an email is received, it does not appear in the inbox unless the page is refreshed. Also, after deleting a new email, shortly after I get an alert in the bottom right of my laptop that an email has been received, I then have to go back to inbox and delete it for the second time. Check for mail schedule not working
I have Zoho mail configured to check for mail every three minutes. This used to work fine but now Zoho seems to go to sleep and no longer observes the schedule. Any idea what's going on?
Missing Folder
One of my folders "Volunteer Intern" seems to be missing from my email account, though I'm able to search for, and find, emails that I believe had been previously sorted into it. None of my other folders look to contain a sub-folder, so I don't believe the folder itself was accidentally relocated. Is there a way for me to recover it?

I got the stock answer from support at zoho regarding spf. We had already done this i believe after our last request, yet emails to BT are still bouncing back. So the question is- If our settings are ok when will this be resolved or do we just give up?
