Can send email, but can't receive any
Hi I have just successfully set up Zoho Mail using my own URL www.asadrabbani.com I can send out emails, but cant receive any emails and i cant check my mx records. our domain provider is http://www.bigrock.in/ please help me

Hi Admin, I am repeatedly being blocked by a client and the email administrator wants to be sure so he can permanently whitelist emails coming from your server(s). They show the IP address as 216.32.180.114. Is this correct and is this the only one being used? Thank you. Kelly

Urgent - HREF Missing from emails
We are sending email from Bluewinger platform to users. But for users who are on zoho email, the HREF is removed. While other users are able to view and click on HREF. I am attaching the screenhsots where you can see that a gmail user is able to see and click on the HREF link, but the zoho user the HREF is not there . In fact the same email, gmail receipents are able to see HREF, but Zoho users are not. But when we check the header, we can see HREF is there for Zoho users also as below . I am

I have two category lists with contacts, one with 30 contacts, one with about 220. When attempting to send an email to both lists, I received an error message: Then I tried sending the message to the smaller list alone and received the same message. Update: Received an email that I was blocked from sending (see below). Entered the captcha and got unblocked but I still can't send the email to my category list of 220, which should have gone out this morning. I see nothing about a limit for category

Unable to receive emails - MX records
Hello, Yesterday we set up 2 new email addresses with Zoho. Our domain was verified and the MX records added via our DNS manager. However, over 24 hours later a message still being received "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho". I've seen similar topics on this issue, but none seem to have a single solution, would anybody from support be able to assist? We are able to send emails with both addresses, but they cannot currently be received. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
iPhone email fonts and Desktop fonts are different
Of the less than ~10 fonts for both iPhone / desktop, there is not one overlapping font. Thus, if I reply on my iPhone to a customer, the body of the email will always look different than the signature wording? Created new group mail but it automatically deleted one existing user account
Today i have created a new zoho Group mail and added 2 existing members. Made group access level as Group Members and then changed to public. Send a test mail to the group mail. But one of the group member was automatically deleted from user account. I couldnt find this user in the email accounts list. Then i have the same email account but old mails were not present. I have now deleted this new account i created. I want to restore all emails and contact details. Please help us fix this issue and

I've tested every combination and no matter what, your signature appears when you reply to an email. I don't want signatures to automatically appear for a reply on the web client or mobile app.

Now, I would like to create one more account but unfortunately, I have forgotten the admin email & password. How can I recover the account? I have added all the MX records and the initial requirements. But when i send a email from my account, it is somehow regarded as an abuse. The from address is "staff@hotmail.com" And the body is "This is an email abuse report for an email message received from IP xx.xx.xx.xx on Mon, 3 Oct 2016 10:31:55 -0700." Why is this happening?

URGENT - I can't access my email
I can't access my email with my own password. I tried to reset my password but keep dsending the reset instructions to the same email I ca not access. Completelty non-sense.
