My email account gets blocked infinite every day
Hi I can't use my email account hugo@patagoniamusic.com.ar. Every day my account gets blocked infinite, I deleted and create a new one but it keps get blocked infinite every day. Please resolve this. And tell me why this happend every day.
Can't edit a contact that was added through the "Add to contacts" option in a mail
As the title says. I added the contact using the "Add to contacts" option. This is not applying the correct name to the contact so I want to edit the contacts, but none of the contacts I added this way are editable. The Edit link does nothing. Can someone fix please?
Spam Control - How to white list a domain?
I'm a web developer and frequently need to send test emails from my applications to my personal email address, which is hosted at Zoho. Despite adding the sending domain to the spam control white list (Control Panel -> Spam Control -> White List -> Domain List), I continually have to get into my spam folder and unflag emails from that domain so that Zoho will usually send them to my inbox normally. Once I unflag a message, Zoho will deliver from that domain for the rest of the day without problems

I have many email addresses from another email provider that I have collected over the last years and would like to add them to Zoho's blacklist. 554 554 5.2.3 error when sending SOME emails to my zoho mailbox
My client sent screenshot showing that their test email into a Zoho mailbox failed. See attached. Error code: 554 554 5.2.3 However we have tested sending and receiving and encountered no issue, so the account wouldn't seem to be blocked. So; what could be causing this intermittent error please?

Emails not downloading to Outlook, send items working fine

I bought a domain name through zoho. After I made the payment and tried to start configuring the email account linked to the domain I have just bought, I was asked to verify the domain and, to do so, I must do some configurations on my DNS provider. Search on "Draft" folder. It is imperative to our full use of eMail to be able to search on the "Drafts" folder. Not sure why this search would be excluded. Still waiting for this to be included. I tried to register the domain ariesprop.com and after submitting the register form, it led me to an error page although I did receive the verification code via SMS. Now I cannot re-register because it says that the domain is already registered

Hi there, Just tried to register a domain I own (apropos-services[dot]nl) for the mail service, but the process gave an error. I received a verification code by sms though, but now if I try to access the mail functionality, it asks me to chose the plan and enter the domain name again and gives back an error saying 'This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho'. In the mean time I managed to set up an account, but that doesn't change the behavior. Could you advice on how to proceed?
