Hello I'm having trouble setting up my company domain (pimas.co.cr). I already follow the steps for the txt verify, but It still doesn't work.

Password recovery
Hi I have an Zoho mail account lauraamorim@zoho.com and mails are been forwarding to laura.amorim41@gmail.com. I forgot my access password and i try to recovery through the only mail accept on the recovery page :laura.amorim@engineer.com, 3 hours ago. Until now I didn´t receive any mail from zoho with the recovery link. Could you please send the recovery link to laura.amorim@engineer.com or laura.amorim41@gmail.com, since the last one is the forwarding mail, you could send to lauraamorim@zoho.com.

eBay emails blocked
Hi, I am trying to update my eBay account information so I can use my business email (hello@goodkidsco.com.au) when I make sales through eBay, however it seems that Zoho is blocking any emails incoming from eBay domain. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Can't receive messages but can send them?
Hello, I just signed up for an account and when I am logged into zoho I can send an email message and it will be received on the other end...however if I try and reply to that message...the response is not recieved by my inbox. I get an error that message delivery failed. As well...I can not send a message to my address either. I will get the same error. Did I do something wrong in setup?
This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho
I have an interesting problem. My domain downlink(dot)us sends back a message that it has already been registered with Zoho. I am the sysadmin, so I am curious how that happened and how do we reset it.
Incoming Mail Blocked
Hi I have blocked then unblocked user and now incoming mail has been blocked, and the only reason given was that the account was "blocked temporarily as a security precaution" and "Mail Box disabled." When I attempt to enable incoming mail for the user in the Control Panel I get a notification stating that only paying customers are allowed to do so. I sent an email to support@zohomail.com , but have yet to hear back from anyone (the account has been "temporarily disabled" for nearly 24 hours).

Does Zoho mail work with outlook 2010 activesync?
Hi All, I am trying to get Zoho email to connect to outlook 2010 with activesync, I know I can use IMAP and POP but they don't sync contacts and calendar which is what I want to achieve. I have seen people saying connect to msync.zoho.com but the instructions are not full and when I try it just errors with "The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action" But I am online... Any ideas? Cheers
Duplicate emails in the Sent folder when sending emails from outlook
When I am sending emails using outllook, emails are saved twice in the sent folder. When sending emails from the zoho webmail, sent emails are showing only once. I am guessing some setting needs to be disabled. Please help.

Hi there. New to zoho mail. Can't get the outgoing mail setup on android devices (or ipads it seems) This is multiple accounts set up in the same way. 2 factor Auth is NOT set up imap / pop are both enabled in the admin app passwords have been confirmed. set to smtp.zoho.com set to SSL port 465 Have also tried TLS on port 587 Android mail client happily sets up the smtp server after checking. Works from Thunderbird. Sad, because so far I am liking Zoho mail, but can't use it

SMTP Connection to Wordpresss failing
I am trying to connect response forms from my Wordpress website, using the Pirate Forms plugin, however the SMTP is not working. I have tried using Postman STMP, an assistance plugin for STMP, but it showed no service at the smtp.zoho.com:25, which may or may not be the problem. There may be ways to fix this in the control panel, but i don't know them. Any advice would be appreciated, and clarification questions are welcome.

How do I send e-mail to a pre-defined list of addresses?
I feel like I'm missing something very obvious. I found the "Groups" feature, but can't figure out how it works. I can add addresses, but don't see any way to send them all an e-mail. How do I set up a mailing list? That is, if I have say 5 addresses I send to frequently, how do I set it up to do that? I tried looking at groups but it does not appear to be what I want. I could not figure out how to e-mail to the group, and also it appears than when adding an address, it sends an e-mail and asks the user to join the group.
