I am getting errors when I try to save a contact after editing
I am using google chrome on windows 7. I am having problems editing contacts. I open the contact from the email view, select "edit" add information to notes then try to save and I get an error every time. Have I set something incorrect or is there something wrong with your contacts app? The error message appears in red at the top of the page as soon as I click save, but disappears when I launch snip.
Cannot Log on Using mobile Zoho on iPad
I have used zoho mobile email on my iPad for quite a while. As of yesterday, instead of logging straight in I am tossed to an accounts.zoho login page where my correct information is displayed. But it won't log in. My desktop mail and crm still works, although the mail was stopped yesterday and the update is a little wonky. Is there an app I am supposed to download? I have updated my CRM app for the iPad- it seems to have NO email capability, though.

I am unable to receive email at my domain teamshipstudios.com. I am hosted through Dreamhost and have setup the mx records on my domain management portal. I used this tool, as I have seen in other posts, to verify the mx records. http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx I am able to see mx.zoho.com mx2.zoho.com and mx3.zoho.com. What else do I need to configure?

Dear All, I have recently decided to switch to zoho mail after experiencing consistent delays in the ipage mail service over the last year. In order to make the process as seamless as possible, I have configured dual delivery to re-route a copy of all emails to our domain back to the ipage servers while we test the ZOHO service works as well as advertised. I thought I had posted earlier about this, but do not see this message anywhere. Can't Send Mail Using Thunderbird - Getting 'Relay disallowed' error (Zoho)
For some reason, I am unable to send any emails from my @kindnessagency.com account from Thunderbird. The two emails I have setup with Zoho are info@kindnessagency and jesse@kindnessagency.com Getting this error: I can receive emails in Thunderbird, I just can't send. Settings in Thunderbird appear to be correct. I can send and receive emails in Zoho-webmail without any problem. Just can't send with Thunderbird. Been trying to resolve for hours. Please help!

Unable to add .com domain to my mail hosting
I am unable to add a .com domain to my email hosting account, it gives me the error "Free domains with extensions such as .tk, .cf, .ml are not supported" Last time I checked, .com domains were not among those which qualify as 'free'. I submitted a support request 2 days ago, but have heard nothing in response.
