Unable to reset password on account
I have created an account many months back to test out Zoho mail and after testing a few options, came back to Zoho as I liked the offerings.thinking my "trial" was over, i created a a new account and setup my email accounts and domain and what have you. i now cant ad dthe email I used to create the previous account within zoho and I need that account as lots of things are currently tied to it. after trying to login to that account, i realized I don't know the password I used many months ago and

Change name as it appears?
Hi. I just signed up for Zoho mail so I'm brand new to it. I sent a test message to see how it appeared and when it showed up in my inbox the name as it appeared in the inbox was the alias for my old email address. That's not what I want, I want it to show my name and not my old email alias I'm trying to get rid of it. I tried going into my account and changed the name and nickname, but when I sent another email I had the same result. How do I change this? Thanks.
How can you change the name that appears in the recipient's inbox?
Hi. I just signed up for email so I'm new to Zoho. When I send a message, the name that shows up in the recipient's inbox is the email alias that I used from my old email to sign up for this. I'm trying to move away from that ID, I want it to show my name when people receive an email from me. I've gone into my account and changed my name and nickname to my name, but when I send an email message my old email ID still shows up in the recipient's inbox. How do I change this??
Always stay on "verify the owership of xxx.com"
Hi, I registered yesterday, and also follow the steps to verify the ownership in godaddy. Everything is done, but still it asks me to verify the ownership in zoho. Could anybody please help on this? I am waiting on this Thanks a lot! Ric
Outgoing email - URGENT
Our company have a paid account and we are experiencing several problems with our email accounts, and at this point we have several accounts blocked. The problem was reported last day 2 of June 2016 but the accounts still blocked even after several emails change and phone calls. The last email from zoho was sent from 2016-06-06 but the outgoing server still blocked. This is unacceptable, both the blocked service and the lack of news from zoho mail. Mail sending blocked without a reason.
We have an account being blocked recently. When I try to send a mail the following message appears: "Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked" In my control panel / Troublesoot / blocked accounts there's no description telling why this account is blocked. When I try to unblock the account I get the message "Operation not permitted" The account is a jira notifications account that has been running for years with the same usage

Hello, I currently have a single domain with a single mailbox. What's the best way to set up multiple domains but with emails going to a single mailbox? If I add a domain, does that mean i need to set up a mailbox for use only with that domain?
PHP Contact form - failure to connect to zoho
Hello, I'm just finishing a bootstrap website that includes a php contact form. I'm trying to send my mail to my zoho account from the contact form, but I keep getting this message: 'Failed to connect to ssl://smtp.zoho.com:465 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: Connection timed out (code: -1, response: )]' I've pasted below the contact.php code that the template developer included. Cannot set the MX records in my DNS provider
My provider is DNS.com. When I try to set their MX data field to mx.zoho.com. (trailing . is valid) I get the error "Invalid data for this DNS record type" Thanks, Tom

Hi, I'm currently experiencing issues with inbound SMTP email delivery. Neither mx.zoho.com or mx2.zoho.com are responding on port 25. I've tried from different geo locations (USA & Australia). Is this a known issue? google migration failed and not receiving forwarding emails
Hello, I have been experiencing real hardship in migrating my google emails to current zoho account. It shows like the authentication is failed. But I am pretty sure that my username and passcode is absolutely correct. Second, I set forwarding service in my google account forwarding that google emails to current zoho box; however, the zoho box has never received any forwarded emails at all! REALLY PANIC, please help! Thank you!

Hello! I just noticed that my Zoho mail account is not receiving any incoming mail. When I logged in online, it said the last new message was received 5 days ago. I am not receiving any error messages and I can send out mail just fine. This is the first time I have encountered a problem like this. There is no way to receive from outside any email and there is no errors about sending the email to zoho email but there is never coming....
