How can I export the email adress from my contacts ?
Mail account is blocked. Please assist.
I tried unblocking it from Troubleshoot option using my Admin account. But it says that "Option Available Only for Paid Users." Will I never be able to unblock this account? Address: ronak@redsoftware.in

I would like to close my free mail account
When I click 'close account' in the accounts section, it says 'You are an administrator of your organization : "___". You should cancel your organization from Business, before closing your account. but it doesn't provide any further instructions! I've also tried 'User Details' from the Mail control panel. I clicked my user name and selected 'delete' from the 'actions' drop-down menu, but it said Permission Denied This is hardly intuitive. What do I do?
Email address is already registered with another account
I am the domain administrator for @broadwayburrardchiro.com the domain has been verified and it's mx records are pointed to zoho. Trying to add the alias drtyler@broadwayburrardchiro.com and getting "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization." I've tried to login to the email address and recover the password, but it looks like drtyler@broadwayburrardchiro.com is the admin account and the account is not forwarded so there's no way to get

Not able to receive emails from specific clients
Hi, I am NOT able to receive mails from certain IDs though I can send them emails. Cant Send - Mail Rate Exceeded after sending about 50 emails
Hi Support, Please help us unblock the mailbox - SingaporeHR@sageasiapac.com We are using the account to send newsletters to our employees and surprisingly after less than 50 emails sent we get an error message. Strange that the email rate is very low, we have about 90 staff and we couldnt even send to all of them in go, why is that? Please let us know. Thanks!

well i opened zoho account at first : admin@sabco-lb.com and with the cpanel i created user admin1@sabco-lb.com and i gave it an admin privilege... well the first one admin@sabco-lb.com i am not being able to enter because of inactive user message while the other one admin1@sabco-lb.com i can enter it what i need to know how to make admin@sabco-lb.com active please waiting for reply ?

Thousands of emails suddenly missing

Zoho mail IP address for 74.201.84.163 is blacklisted by UCEPROTRCTLT1 as can be seen in the screenshot attachment. This cause all email unable to be sent.

Synchronize Zoho Mail with my server mail

hi I created 1 organization & linked it to my " domain.com " .then I created three users to access mails@domain.com.but 1 user became admin & my default user through which I created account was not admin now. when I login to use control panel it said " You dont have privileges to access the cpanel ". and said that another user was now admin. but when I am trying to login with that user It is giveing same error that I am not amin ? plz see the matter
