Can I simply block emails that fail SPF authentication instead of them going to the spam folder?
I implemented SPF authentication a couple of months ago, and it's working well.. I see emails on a daily basis in my spam folder that claim to come from my own or other email addresses in my domain. The headers show a "SoftFail" for failing the SPF checks (ie, they did not originate from my registered servers). All of these emails contain virus or malware attachments. I was hoping there was a way to simply reject them outright instead of accepting them but putting them into my Spam folder for me
Cannot delete domain - want to add another domain instead
Hi, I'm trying to delete the domain I have set up earlier to replace it with a new domain. When I click the x to remove it I get a message saying "Remove Mail Hosting and proceed for domain deletion" which is what I want, but nothing happens. Please advice. Can Not Find "X" . Hello, I have verified the domain ownership yoppersarg.net using the cname record provided by zoho. However I'm not being able to login to my zoho account info(at)yoppersarg.net because it seems that the verification email is being sent to the same email address that I'm trying to log in. Hello, I created a user under my account Verydrone in zoho and ssociated the wrong mail account w/ the user. So, I deleted the user thinking it would free up the previously created mail account and then tried to create the mail account with correct user, but Zoho now tells me the email already exists. The email I created was info@verydrone.com How can this be corrected ? I have this same issue with contact@verydrone.com that I can't use. It is added as a secondary email to my accout bardybenjamin@gmail.com

Email Address in Group Being Disabled for no Apparent Reason
We use Zoho Mail Groups to do some basic forwarding of email for some members of our organization who don't need full mailboxes. Zoho calendar and Zoho Event integration - Look ups broken again..
Since yestrday, 18.5.16 the look up link between zoho mail and zoho crm events is not working again. This has happened before some months ago and the problem was zoho end and you did fix it. Greetings, We have a problem with our domain. Everyone is complaining about getting these messages. It's very annoying, it's not classified as SPAM, but it got nothing but weird stuff. We cannot control it from our side, getting weird messages from your own email or with your email as sender is really suspicious. I don't really know how to solve that but it needs to be done from Zoho's side. Sometimes we even receive from addresses we didn't even create on our domain. Thank you. Ali B.

Is there any issues with your email service? I know for a fact there there are two emails that were sent to my Zoho account and I have not received them. This email was sent about 8 hours ago and I have received emails previous from the specific senders but not this time. What is going on here? Will I ever receive these emails?
