My Domain: vuongcongminh.xyz Buy on: Z.com I'm trying to use Zoho Mail on my .xyz domain but it gives an error saying it is a free domain BUT .xyz is NOT FREE. Please help.

Hello When I try to add misc@rubenvermeulen.be as e-mail alias I get the error "e-mail ID is already registered by a user which does not belong to your organisation". I found some answers on the forum but none apply to me for as far as know. To my knowledge I have never created an account with misc@rubenvermeulen.be Could someone take a look? Thanks!
Outlook asking everytime for password

can't access email
Hi, I set up Zoho mail for an acquaintance a while ago. As of today, he can't access his email all of a sudden. If I do a password reset the password reset link is sent to the address we don't have access to any more. There is only one user, which is the super-user, which is de account we don't have access to. How can we get a password reset? It is important to get it asap as it is a bussiness and he can't access all new bussiness email. Thanks!

Inbox extreme issue *URGENT HELP NEEDED*
I opened up my inbox this morning to find 1076 emails, they are all deleted or spam emails that are now loading through my inbox and continue to do so, its presently at 1091 emails in my inbox dating back to September 2015, i have 8 more months to load yet and its slowing down my PC.
This is ridiculous - Mail delivery delays or no delivery at all
I need a reliable mail service - not one that is routinely blacklisted. The on-going war between Yahoo and Zoho is getting old - fast. I think it's time to move on. G

Years of spam and junk mail being sent to inbox

I'm trying to add a form via formspree.io but i'm not receiving the confirmation email in my zoho inbox. I tested using another gmail address and i receive the confirmation email as expected. The domain is setup correctly because i can receive test emails, but nothing from formspree.io (which uses sendgrid) is received. Any suggestions?

Okay please read carefully and read full. Let me start with how the problem began....... When I was creating a account on zoho with a free domain of www.graficocreations.co.in......My email address was bherwanisurj@gmail.com which was my mistake, It was supposed to be bherwanisur@gmail.com......then I again created an account with the email change without deleting the previous account. 2nd mistake - I claimed the domain by putting the token number to the default account associated with bherwanisurj@gmail.com
Adding new user
I just verified my domain, but every single time I try to create a user after verifying it just gets stuck at Loading. I have tried 2 different computers and 3 different browsers, and no matter what I can't get by this step.
Zoho not processing web site contact form emails
Since switching to zoho, I stopped getting messages sent via my site's contact form. The site host uses php to send mail so I assume I have to authorize them to send on my behalf. So I added the zoho mx record to my site host's cpanel and their ip and domain wherever I could at zoho. That seemed to work for a while but now it's failing again. What exactly do I need to do to get this to work?

No Incoming Mail?
Hello, Recently I signed up for zoho mail so to host my business e-mail address. I have verything set-up correct and the mx records look correct how-ever I don't receive incoming e-mails. When testing I always received errors saying "Delivery Status Notification (Delay)". I can send outgoing messages without a problem - it's just that I can't receive incoming e-mails. Can anyone suggest anything to fix this problem? I've set my account "info@domain.com" as being able to send and receive e-mails

Custom logo dimensions
What are the dimensions for the custom logo in Zoho Mail? Here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/custom-url.html It says 40px (h) by 50px (w) - super small In the control panel it is 150px (w) by 40px (h) - blurry Searching the forums I found 188px (w) by 80px (h) - text becomes quite small. Seriously what are the proper dimensions and why am I finding so many different conflicting answers? Any help appreciated!

Hi From last couple of days i have noticed a spike in DMARC Reports coming from Russian Mail Service Provider qq.com. The reports are indicating failure for some in DKIM or Temp Error for SPF BUT all have been sent from server163-mail.zoho.com.
