Gentlemen, good morning .... already a few days more I try I can not configure the service SMTP Sparkpost .... already tried everything and not going at all ..... Use the Mautic, he says the connection is ok, send as email does not arrive in my box in zoho ...... any idea what might be please? I noticed in my cx in zoho that is able to dkim key, but do not have the dkim key on my dns server ..... would be what is preventing? If so, how do I generate another key? Thanks for everything!
Push Notification stopped working
Hi, For some reason I no longer get push notifications from my ZOHO mail app on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Android ver. 6.0.1 It just started today, I uninstalled and re-installed the app... still no notifications. Web portal works fine... I see the emails come in without having to refresh page.... The only way I can see new emails on phone is by clicking ZOHO mail app icon and refreshing. Please advise. Cannot create info@ email
Hi, It seems that for some reason I cannot create an account info@tbchellas.gr. During the initial setup it didn't accept it and I had to create an admin@tbchellas.gr instead. All other names are accepted except from info@tbchellas.gr, for which it says that it already exists even though I can't see it in the list with my other emails. Is there any chance that It created an entry in your database and now it prevents me from creating it? Thanks!

ZoHo Group does not forward to Yahoo email addresses (inconsistent)
I have a mail group set up in Zoho. If I send to this group (e.g. test@denverreformed.com) from my admin zoho account (e.g. admin@denverreformed.com) the email correctly gets forward to ALL members of the group (including yahoo addresses). However, if I send to the group from a non zoho account (e.g my personal gmail or work emails), then the yahoo email addresses do not get forwarded the email! I can't figure out what is going on.
