Group Email Sharing - Share 1 Email Address with All Users in Group
I followed the instructions in the link below but I am not seeing the screen in the same manner where I can set up group email sharing. I may have went to the wrong location. I am very new to Zoho. Is it possible to provide more information on how to accomplish what is in the link below. https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/public-groups.html I have attached the screenshot of where I was when I was trying to do this.
SORBS listing for Zoho IP. Please, fix us.
The following IP address - 74.201.84.163 is added as a spam and virus entry on the SORBS listing that few companies use to filter spam. Our email is sent through this IP address from the header info and we can't mail receivers using SORBS due to listing as of 7th April 2016. Please, help us by delisting this IP or shifting outgoing mails to a different IP. Thanks.
Filter for NOT SPAM
Is there a way to create a filter that looks at the subject line, and when it contains key words, never mark it as Spam? The Zoho Support Spam filter is marking far more emails as spam when they are not, than we ever had marked as spam in Gmail. thank you Jim

Received Email Going To Spam Despite Being Whitelisted
Over the past few weeks, email received from 2 particular senders at the same company (same domain) is being put into spam, despite the fact that I have whitelisted the email addresses, whitelisted the domain, and marked email as "not spam" several times. Any ideas?

How can I get support here?
Twice in the last 4 days, I have contacted the support and did not receive a reply. As adding my gmail accounts via pop did not work properly I started forwarding my gmails to my zoho accounts. For 5 days now the zoho server rejects the forwarded messages. I am a new zoho user and so far I am not happy at all. My main reason for signing up was the "blacklist" function that turned out to be just a filter.

I wolud like to report that 74.201.84.155 is blacklisted at sorbs.net as you can see at the attached image. Ist intersting that who is reporting-me the black list is the zoho mail server about his own, when a send some e-mail to some domains.

Email verification - where does it go?
I've been using zoho for several years now, and still to this day, I don't get the email verification process. I add a new user under my domain. I create an [pop3 account on my server at poweredbyeclipse.com. I enter all the credentials, do the test within zoho, and it all checks out. Do the "send invite" and nothing. What am I missing?? Drives me nuts!

manage free user/email/domain under premium ?
hi, i understand that free plan can add many users and they have certain GB storage etc. if i pay for a "premium" and therefore have "admin governance" etc. i can add domains and users etc correct ? so can i add/manage users/domains etc. for free under "premium" ? in other words my "premium" email is me@domain1.com and i have also verified and set up email hosting for the domain, can i add domain2.com and create harry@domain2.com mary@domain2.com and even tom@domain3.com and have them as "free"

Image in signature doesn´t appear
Hi, recently on one of the accounts under my domain, when composing an email, the image I configured on the signature stoped displaying. That happened for a couple of weeks and then it was suddenly fixed. But recently it started happening again. When setting up the signature and saving it, the image appears the way I want, but when I try to compose and send an email the signature appears without image. Split delivery mail issue
Trying to setup split delivery email routing and after several hours from being enabled it keeps getting disabled. I've raised several tickets for this but had no response. Please can this be looked into. When split delivery works (for a few hours) it is forwarding all messages including spam. Not a problem but the SPF rejects / spam / malware will be rejected by my mail server. I'm assuming the Zoho system is hitting a mail delivery failure limit (50 mails?) and then disabling the feature. This

iOS - Exchange Active Sync - Cannot move messages to other folders
Hello, I have my iPhone synced to my Zoho mail via EAS. However, I am unable to delete messages or to move messages from one folder to another. When I try to delete or move a message, I get the folowing error messages: DELETE - error message is "Unable to Move Message The message could not be moved to the mailbox Trash" MOVE - error message is "Unable to Move Message The message could not be moved to (any chosen folder)" I have deleted and re-added mail account. smtp.zoho.com timing out, cannot send mail
My mail client cannot connect to SMTP.ZOHO.COM to send mail, I get connection timed out messages. This is confirmed by attempting to ping the smtp server, connection times out. What's going on here?

I try sending emails, and a large number of them are coming back with error policy codes (i.e. 550) address rejected, mail denied. I send a large number of emails every day, so this is a bit troublesome.
