HI there. I have a domain name but not hosting service, still may I use the zoho mail service?

Multi domain email addresses available in Desktop but not in app
I have 2 domains with multiple email address (alias) . On Desktop, I can send from any of my aliases but in the app, I can only send from the first domain I registered. is there a way to get all the aliases in the app also? Thank you Didier

Help - Unable to Verify Email in 'Send From Address" & newly added second "POP3 Account"
I'd be grateful for help that is different from what has already been posted and replied to regarding adding a second POP3 account. I've followed the instructions from the FAQs, and Zoho's replies to other threads and these have not worked. I've also emailed zoho support and received silence. Upgrade
I have a free mail account with 1 domain. I want to add more domains, therefore I want an upgrade for the same user. Unfortunately when I choose to upgrade for mail, the webapplication says I have to buy at least two user licenses to align with active users in my organization. Though i'm the only active user... What to do?

I need to create a group, but I cannot. The link from the administration console isn't working; it does nothing. I was able to delete a group, though. :( The HTML looks empty.

For weeks I've been trying to stop my emails been automatically flagged as important. I've checked my filters and its not that. Can anyone help please.
Can you disable the spam filters entirely for all users on this account?
Seen you do this for many others, please apply this to ours. We've missed some very important emails because of the faulty spam filter.

How to enable DKIM for a domain?
I would like to enable DKIM signing for emails sent from my domain. I understand this has to be done on Zoho's side and then I need to insert a new TXT record into my DNS. How do I get this process started?
Email not always being received from my zoho account.
Most of the emails that I send from my zoho account are received. Sometimes people don't receive emails from me and other people in our business. It shows sent, then eventually we learn that it was never received. How can I be sure clients receive my emails?

Receiving Bounced Emails which I never sent
Hello, My email is nisar@gmc.co.in which is configured through zoho (plus 3 other emails for same domain). On my email nisar@gmc.co.in, I am receiving a lot of bounced emails, the funny part is I never sent these emails. The quantity is sometimes in thousands of emails being downloaded. I have changed my password too, but still getting those messages continuously since last 1 month or so. Please can any one help me with this, or I have to close down my email is the only solution. Personal certificate invalid on ActiveSync
Dear support. I'm using personal certificate sign for my emails and recently I discovered, that emails sended from my iOS Mail app over msync.zoho.com have problems with certificate. I did little investigating over this and found, that this happend only over ActiveSync protocol. When I set up my account on iPhone again over IMAP, certificat is OK. But IMAP doesn't support PUSH on iOS so it's not usable for me. Can you please look at this protocol, if there is some manipulating when message is sending

No support for array in Reply-To ...?
Hi, I create system where my Reply-To field in mails header is different than 'From' field. It contains an array with few mails. So when i click 'Reply to All' it should use all mails from array, but Zoho takes only first one. It does work properly on gmail though. I use Swift Mailer to send mails form the server and i set up ReplyTo field with ->setReplyTo($mailArray) Can you give me any tips how to solve this problem? cheers Peter
