How to delete the email address of the admin?
I’ve been trying for quite a while now to change the admin email address of my account from info@... to timo@... and to delete info@... after that because I want to make a group that is reachable under that address . I already made timo@... the primary e-mail address, but when I try to delete info@... a message pops up telling me to contact the administrator, although this is who I am. How can this be done? I’d appreciate any help. Thank you!

Mail delivery problem
Hi, I recently setup a business mail account for 1 user for our custom domain (celebiozkaramete.com) I noticed 3 issues: 1) Sending mail from user@celebiozkaramete.com works fine and i can sent it to different addresses on different servers (needless to say celebiozkaramete.com is hosted on ZOHO) 2) Sending mail to user@celebiozkaramete.com fails. I tried sending mail from hotmail to user@celebiozkaramete.com and instantly hotmail returns undeliverable mail error. 3) Sending mail to user@celebiozkaramete.com
EMAIL HOSTING PROBLEM

Ieri ho proceduto all'acquisto del pacchetto a pagamento per tuttigli account in uso, ho provveduto al cambio MX, ad oggi continuo a non ricevere posta. Quali sono i tempi? C'è altro da fare? Cannot Receive Mail even after changing MX records
Hi, I can't seem to be able to receive mail on my Zoho account. I am able to send mail though. I have changed the MX records as well. Can you tell me what I need to change in A records, AAA records, CName, TXT, Name Servers, SRV, and SOA Parameters if any. My current CNAME panel looks like this.

The following is not able to receive emails: avcap.net. Sending out seems to be fine from that address. MXToolBox indicates that there is a failed SMTP connection. We need this address up and running immediately, please inform as to what is going on.

I am looking to migrate from Google Apps mail to Zoho mail. I'm happy with Google, but I live in a country that restricts access to Google and I'd rather not have to jump through a lot of hoops just to check/reply to email. I've looked around and Zoho seems to be the best option for my situation. However, I'd like to have a trial period with Zoho before fully making the commitment and switching everything over. This is a nightmare, Im trying to delete my account completly? I go to close the account and it says i must delete from "business first" and link me back to the main zoho screen. I got to control panel and try and delete the user and it says im not authorised!!! Im the admin and it says i cant close the account? Whats going on?

Email - Verify by CNAME not working
Hi, I followed all the directions perfectly but cannot get verify my domain for email. I have a zoho website mapped to my domain but can not do it with email. Verify by txt not an option because my Domain provider does not provide that Verify by HTML doesnt work because I cannot create a zohoverify folder on my zohosites websites. Please Help
